Mass Attack 2 for U-Shop please, thank you Iwata-san.

They can revive that one game that was originally planned for GBA connectivity and have Kirby bouncing back and forth from TV to subscreenThis is what the controller could do in Dream Land.
Nah it won't last potato.New thread?
So we're judging answers now?
Why do I have to question everything they do? If I questioned everything they did I'd never but their games. Is it suddenly wrong to be indifferent to their decisions? At the end of the day I don't really care what screen they go with as long as the games use them well i.e. not making the user switch constantly between stylus and buttons. What I do know is that I've yet to see a good argument as to why multitouch is so important that it causes people to cry out to the high heavens whenever it is not included.

They will be stock with that decision for the next 5 years and have been using this type of interaction since 2004. Maybe they should have kept the device in the oven a bit more and expect the tech to mature? Basically we are getting the DS for the living room. Seems like they are not exactly braking new ground here.Multi-touch can always be used as an incremental step later when it becomes cheaper and the technology improves even more.
Actually, I think Sony/Microsoft may add a tablet controller too, especially Microsoft (but I have no idea). It's hard to know these things when you aren't an insider.
You are not indifferent to what screen they use, if it was the case we wouldn't be debating. So we're judging answers now?

That's how I feel. Plus, it's oddly specific about where the advertising agency is located.I really don't know what to make of this Acid Ghost rumor. It's ridiculous; so ridiculous in fact that I don't know how someone could just make that up.
Just like WiiU.com, right?agree... sounds silly, not to mention the fact that the URL acidghost.com is available. I think they would have locked that up.

Hey it's an important news but not a "it deserves its own countdown" news
btw i'm not sure to create a thread for the two infos that i think worth it, because the person able to further legitimate my info can't do it (basically, he wasn't able to check the data that i relayed to him) since a few weeks now. I don't know, if a confirmed by a mod (and i'll ask them) Wii U developer, that hide/lurk in this thread, could contact me, i won't repeat it here. I need to have more ammunitions to defend the content in these threads directly in the first message, to avoid 567 "who is he" "how can we believe him ?", etc.
Otherwise i'll just write the messages here.
btw: 20 days till the E3: switch to frenzy mode
How is idea man still a junior?
Gonna guess he was juniored after hand, but if that's the case, dunno if he can ever recover member status.
I hope Nintendo announces that they have added multi-touch capabilities to the tablet at E3. This is about the only thing I believe Nintendo's new console is missing.

I predict that this thread will reach its end by the 20th or the 25th and a sixth thread will be created which will also reach its maximum by June 5th.
How many days before last year's e3 did cafe leaks start happening. Hope we get something in the next couple days...
I found this.....HILARIOUS it began May 15th 2011 or sooner XDDD:

Only 20 days left till E3? I remember it like it was yesterday when it was 21 days till E3.
How do you expect party in this regard from Nintendo when they have neglected that aspect of gaming in every cycle so far in relation to the competition? It's just not a realistic expectation.Reading the Ubisoft summary again, I had a thought.
What if the Wii U's parity with the next gen machines from an online and services standpoint will prove more important than from a graphical standpoint?

What decisions are Nintendo making today that will bind them in the next few years for things we haven't yet conceived of?
Sony did it from an even worse position in 2 or 3 years... I think the experiments on the Wii DS and 3DS should bring them a lot closer then you think... Infact just having all retail titles available digitally day one is a huge change to their philosophy... Just give us voice chat on the os separate from games and give each user an account not tied to the system and they are basically there considering what they have accomplished on the 3DSHow do you expect party in this regard from Nintendo when they have neglected that aspect of gaming in every cycle so far in relation to the competition? Parity in terms of online services is not achieved from night to day. In contrast to something like hardware specs, it takes quite a lot of time and investment.

Any news?
Lol, I have to send you my paypal account to discuss privately some things about wii U
I think the opposite. My doubts are with the long term. I'm sure Nintendo will go all out to try and get as much support and commitment early on, but sustaining it a whole generation? That's another story. Not really too optimistic about third party support for the Wii U.
Sure, you may say "NDAs!" but some games for WiiU have been announced already without much ceremony.
We will get a couple of surprises at E3, but I am gonna guess that third party support will be slim at first.

nintendo wins if true, doubt it will happen though.

But that's not parity. It's an improvement. I didn't say otherwise.Sony did it from an even worse position in 2 or 3 years... You laugh... Then you cry as you look at the actual machine that has barely a third of the power of that spec sheet and you think of what could have been.Lol, I remember that specs ... so funny.
We already knew about Assassines Creed since last E3 and Rayman was a leak. What else was there?
But that's not parity. It's an improvement. I didn't say otherwise.
Why do you consider Sony was in a worst position than Nintendo at some stage?
So far they don't even have a solid storage strategy in to place for the WiiU, that's related to the Digital sales matter.

I don't think indie games count. Rayman: Legends was a total screwup on Ubisofts part as well as the Avengers game (they really should hire some proofreaders). Who knows what the situation with Ben 10 was, but it's really a non-issue. Any game of any real significance has not been announced on purpose. Don't expect anything like that until at least a couple of days before the show when it become difficult to hide things on the show floor or when press releases start going out to news groups. If the first day of the show doesn't net anything, then it's time to worry. Right now it's too early to know one way or another.
Avengers: Battle for Earth and the next Ben 10 game were announced for Wii U in press releases within the past week and a half. NDAs have been more or less confirmed (see: Sumo Digital's comments on a possible Wii U version of Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed), but there seems to be little rhyme or reason to them.
It's so sad because i have a friend who would actually say that.Yeah, but I can see it now. People are going to be like "Oh it's the $50 because it's the weaker version" or something along those lines.
What do you know?!So I see, nothing groundbreaking new about WiiU...
I wish all of you a wonderful long weekend.
Hopefully on monday if I'm back NintendoGAF has not crashed about the good news
See ya then
So far, pending to change. We won't have a hard disk included in the console and that's expected due cost issues. However, the machine doesn't feature high speeds ports for a Hard Disk. What do you mean they don't have a solid storage strategy?
I'm just addressing points people bring up. At the end of the day I'm not going to lose sleep over Nintendo's screen choice. You are not indifferent to what screen they use, if it was the case we wouldn't be debating.
Well the new generation of handhelds didn't prevent retailers in the UK knocking down prices to I'm not to concerned about game prices at the moment, but it is nice to know I probably won't be spend much more day one as I am now.Amazon lists Wii U games for $49.99
I think this is a case of waiting for NSMB3DS to see how they handle things.Did Nintendo clarify about the digital retail titles? I know they said something along the lines of "We will offer digital versions of our games", but did they say that this will apply to every game? And have they confirmed how they'd handle third party games (whether they have a choice in the matter, and so on)?
