Ill will only flip my shit if SSM shows up, and not just Stig, or Todd but a team from SSM. With everything that SSM does for the PS3 I cany wait to see what they have cooking for PS4.

Im still hoping for God of Ragnarok, but a brand new ip would be mighty fine aswell.

I've been an Xbox guy since after my PS1, but with all the anti-consumer and anti-core gamer turns that Microsoft has taken in the last year, along with their exclusive IP drying up and first party studios amount to nil, Sony pretty much just has to not take any ginormous steps backwards for me to be on board this time around.

Still not down with Kaz gifs though.

From the other thread:

Kevin Dent is saying on Twitter the price will be around $350-$430 depending on the sku, but to expect to pay for services like MP and voice-chat. He also says the price is likely to be announced tomorrow.

No idea who Kevin Dent is though but one of his tweets say he heard that the pricing will be announced tomorrow (take a look down his twitter page) but we'll see I guess. Seems odd to announce it so far in advance.

I thought sony was going to redesign the whole controller. They really need to move on from the old Dual Shock. Change up the button design. The triangle, X, square and circle buttons don't look too fancy on that prototype controller.

This is their 4th console. Everything should be fresh and new.

Could not agree more. It looks way too similar to the DS3.

Exactly WTF are you guys talking about?

Let's see:

--The gripping body of the controller is completely redesigned. It's much rounder, a bit longer, and a little wider. If you can't see that, you really need to look closer at the design. It's really a different shape entirely.

--Both analog sticks have been redesigned with a new shape.

--The d-pad is a completely new design that has never appeared on one of their home consoles, and if it's based on the Vita design, it's likely best-in-class.

--The triggers are different.

--The layout of the start/select keys are changed.

--There's something that appears to be a jack for a headset built-in

--There's an on-board speaker or something

--There's a completely new touchpad interface.

--There's what appears to be a multicolor LED for built-in MOVE tracking.

Really, it's pretty damn different in many, many ways. Are the triangle, X, square and circle buttons the same? Yeah. But that's pretty much the only thing that hasn't been redesigned here. Plus, I don't think anyone has ever argued that they are badly-designed buttons, and we're still not sure if this is an entirely final product or the prototype.

Seriously, sometimes the best design is refinement. I imagine you guys looking at a new Ferrari and wondering why it still has a steering wheel, and bitching that it isn't "fresh and new" as a result.

Seems they might be introducing paid online same as MS. If true there won't be much difference between the two. I hope if they do announce this at the meeting they're greeted with a huge booing by the audience.

So many mixed messages coming from Kotakus' earlier story and this. I wouldn't really believe any news story coming out until we have concrete details from tomorrows conference.

I'm thinking we're gonna see Battlefield 4 tomorrow. The GameStop CEO saw it today and the Battlefield games dropped in price.

Sony will probably show that the PS4 version will be on par with the PC version.

I thought I read in one of the "RUMOR" Orbis threads a few weeks ago that there would be only one SKU for the PS4.

There seems to be way too many conflicting reports and rumors right now. I can't wait for tomorrow in this case to put at least some of these to rest.

What if Kaz isn't even the one doing the presentation? All those GIFs for nothing.. lol.

That meteor GIF is amazing, though. Tomorrow's going to be a looooong day.
