Can you provide any examples of good anime ruined by loli?

Also how in the fuck does "moe" relate to this at all? A cutesy artstyle is not banned by this law.

I realize, I got OT...

anyways another concern of this is teenage sexting. Hopefully they work hard to not convict typically teens as sex offenders like people like to do here in the states.

I'd argue it normalises aberrant behaviour. Also I think the onus is on p̶e̶d̶o̶s̶ people to prove it's not harmful rather than on society to prove it is.

If you use the same arguments for things like violent imagery though...

Or what about rule 34 imagery?
Say a Dragon and a Donkey have sex...

I think its pretty dangerous to be able to to prosecute people for drawings.
Lines on paper shouldn't be illegal. Even if I do not agree with what the depict.

Regardless this wont change things someone will find a technical work around as suggested or it will just push it more underground.

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
I'd count this as something explicit even if it shows no nudity.

It leaves little to the imagination though. It's very clear as to what it implies.
I want you to go back and look up these two words.
Just because it doesn't show things as clearly doesn't mean it isn't as sick. It's implies just the same.

Oh you have no idea just how "sick" it can really get. This one scene from a shitty anime is a non-issue compared to some of the other stuff out there.

How about you stop jacking off to 10 year old anime girls and roll back that hyperbole a bit?

Unless of course you are being sarcastic. I honestly cannot tell anymore.

What? I'm completely oblivious about anime outside Studio Ghibli, Studio 4°C, and the work of late Satoshi Kon. I couldn't care less about cartoon porn personally.

But I'm going to assume a law like this makes all the already produced material retroactively illegal, so when law enforcement runs into it they will have to destroy it right? Just like counterfeit products.

So while in practice it probably ends up going to a recycling plant, calling it book burning seemed fitting.

Ah. Possesion wasn't illegal. It was illegal to make or distribute it, though.

It's kinda odd though, I mean you can't download cocaine but, someone could easily send you cp with a text or on a random chat site that supports images and now that the image is in your cache you go to jail and are a sex offender.

If I draw disembodied penises in a school notebook should that be illegal? There is no way to validate the ages of the penises in question.

Wanna hear a good joke? Waste your time helping me! LOL!
Please let this pass. Loli's have had it's time. It's time to go back to anime/manga with art an style like this more often.

Off-topic: Isn't this the same show where the creators apologized on Twitter for how bad one of their episodes looked?

Sexual deviancy is completely different from a psychological perspective, so to even draw a comparison is daft.

I have personally read the psychological journals which indicate that violent videogames lead to increased aggression and desensitization to violence. Those who want to ban violent games have just as much of a leg to stand on.

I agree. This falls under the category of 'victimless crime' so banning them is wrong in my opinion.

I'm against lolis, but, this bill would go as far to ban anyone who appears to be younger then 18 and that's even if they're not sexualized.
