So basically what I'm getting from these accusations is:
Drunk men: As an adult it's their choice to drink and as such should be held accountable for everything they do while drunk. Besides they mostly stay completely rational and in control after drinking, no matter what or how much they drink
Drunk Women: Defenseless victims that can't be held accountable for anything that happens between the first sip of alcohol and the next morning. Will, at most, drink 1 light beer before deciding they've had enough, anything else that they might drink that night has basically been forced upon them.

Afterwords, he had a short relationship with her friend and she was "hurt" by it ending. She is trying to ruin his life with blatant libel for... reasons? Because she is a vindictive, angry, self-obsessed narcissist? Because she wants attention? Not too sure, but Avellone clearly was in the right here, did everything he should have done in the situation, and is being targeted because of it.
