Is it over? It seems all the bigger Japanese names are doing the Nico Nico event or went to Stunfest. And then we have Momochi going to NCR. This tournament did have a lot of quality players, but were missing out on the most well known guys who have competed internationally.
Yeah, pretty much. That being said, Nishikin, Super Santarou Man, Shungoku Neurosis, and Akimo were at this tournament and they're pretty big names even compared to the people who went to Stunfest. Do you know if Stunfest is going to have archives? I want to see Mizoteru pick on people.
Edit: I'm pretty sure Ebihara and Machabou were with Kyabetsu and Eita in Topanga 2011 B League too. I guess that doesn't really qualify as international though.

Lobo looks better and more fitting for Netherrealm than everyone else in Injustice. I just wish he were a bit bigger.

Beautiful.
Makes you kind of think that good fighting game stages are a "lost art". I can't think of any modern stages that can stand up to the better ones in that gallery.
Is there a way to have a desktop wallpaper with animation?

Nope, they don't. I'd say part of that has to do with very little competition these days. Just who has the talent, money and will to do good old 2D anymore?
KOF still has good stages, I think Skullgirls has some nice stages also.
Anime game stages are weaksauce though.
