The Sega 32X CD version of Surgical Strike was only released in Brazil, since Sega cancelled the game before release here in the US but TecToy did publish it there. Only a few hundred copies were made, 300 at most, and only one or two are still known to exist. I've never heard or seen one go up for sale anywhere, and there are no videos of the game on the internet I know of either, but it does exist and was released... barely. It has got to be one of the rarest console games that actually did get a retail release somewhere.
(The regular US Sega CD version of Surgical Strike is not hard to find, but that's different, the 32X CD version has much better visuals. The US SCD version advertises the 32X CD version on the back cover of the manual, but it was never actually sold here...)
