Just.....what. No im not saying I want #hemsworth in this I dont mind the attire the hair etc. Its just, a god that should be one of the most recognize-able and should scream badassery is thor but just.....whaaaaattttt

I also dislike how much like the other site "omg body shaming how dare you" do people realize how unhealthy it is to be obese? Its not just a detriment to yourself its also to our health care system. If you can walk to the fridge fine you can exercise. Stop making obesity a norm in society.

When I see Thor like this I'm not thinking about how cool or powerful he looks, Im thinking about diabetes.

Why do I feel this is just as much about obesity as it is about Thor's design?

Personally, I like the design. I actually liked all the designs I've seen in the promo shots
 
Well I'll just say I was shocked to see that at first as well. But then I wondered why? And as a counter argument the reason behind making Thor fat could be because he has rested on his laurels for hundreds of years because nobody could challenge him. He's the most powerful god by a mile in his territory so he could afford to sit around and get lazy and careless. Maybe that is what the character designer and writer was thinking.
 
I can't believe that SSM didn't copy the real version of Thor, A Norse God who looks like a blonde Australian.

Is this a rehash argument of Abby by this site for 2021/2022? The characters won't fuck you no matter what they look like.
 
The design is good but the armor is stupid, people complained for years that female armor made no sense as it exposed the midriff and chest. And now we get this which only protects you against attackers from the side… as long as you don't lift your arms.

Edit: forgot the belts, this is double stupid actually.

I guess I'll reserve judgment until I see the final product.

I've changed my mind about this game, and basically it's time to just go dark. In one game they're going to have to live up to the reputations of Thor, Odin, Loki, and wrap up the entire Norse storyline. I'm now of the belief that they're basically hiding 99% of the game's major events.

Thor and Odin in particular remain the most hidden aspects of the entire game. So I guess I'll just wait to experience it before making my final judgment. I would have never thought the first game's villain was anything special visually, but the actor performance and the insane shock of experiencing his boss fights made him one of my favorites. Thor has to top that or it's going to be seen as a disappointment.

Oh crap, I thought that was a made up fake thor design for god of war. I can't say that I'm a fan. I would have preferred a better outfit.

Huh? you don't have to go back far in history to find those big fat guys were the strong ones. Your argument that he is unhealthy and would be a burden on the health care system is like arguing that Kratos shouldn't get tattoos because they might become infected.
 
I like it alot. Was not expecting it but looks great.

As mentioned, made me think of an actual strong man that spends a good amount of time chugging Ale, instead of lifting weights at the local Asgard Gym

His armor is stupid, and so is Kratos' leather pad over one pec armor in the middle of a glacial ice storm.
 
Why care? At the end of the game his body will be beaten beyond recognition.



Kratos will probably punch a hole through Thor's belly... No belly... No problem. Kratos will fix it for you.
