I peered through my binocs when what did appear,
But a miniature sleigh and eight tiny….rein-gear?!,

With a driver so sexy, he could be on video
I knew in a moment that he must be Hideo.
More raging than ravens his coursers they came,
And he smiled, and laughed, and called them by name:

"Now, Yoji! now, Kenichiro! now Shuyo and Hidenari!
On, Yumi! on, Hideki! on, Motosada and Harry!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!"

As leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;
So up to the housetop the coursers they flew
With the sleigh full of release dates, and St. Kojima too—

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St. Kojima came with a bound.

He was dressed in a suit, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were immaculate and shiny, to boot;
Those glasses, so sexy, the blue and the black,
He looked just like Lord Jesus while opening his pack.

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk,
He turned and he gave me a smile so merry
And exclaimed “The release date is the 24th of February!”

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight—
“Happy Christmas to all, and to all: Chico’s Quiet!”

Remember his tweet during the VGAs 2012? "Awesome show. We had nothing to show. See you next year!" while TPP was playing in the background. Yup, take these tweets lightly.

On a side note, don't you find it odd that the timer (Kojima Station) is a lot more than it should be considering the time difference between the East cost and Japan?

Sure but I think that was because the game wasn't announced yet and they wanted us to find it out ourselfs that TPP is MGSV.

I mean if you're really about to reveal the release date of your most ambitious and world wide highly anticipated game ever you would at least make a little bit of noise on twitter, don't you think?


Hmm, the last i checked it is on the same time as always.

Guys if we don't get a release date on Christmas Day i hope ya'll know what that could mean.

The Kojima t-shirt hint "6" and "22"... man that could really mean we get this game after E3. :/

but on the other hand june 22 is a monday so maybe it means something else... aaaah kojimaaaaa.gif

If this game is coming out before Summer, that means Konami is literally capable of doing the opposite of every other game developer in existence. I'd actually consider them amazing for it because clearly Kojima somehow has harnessed a force that allows him to do what no one else can.

I think they're aiming for that destiny slot Sept 2015 unless they go R* on us and release in the month May.

Well , if Konami themselves said "come back early 2015" , to claim that Ground Zeroes DLC which came with early copies. IIRC , it had to do something with mother base in TPP. So i believe , IF not February , it must come in Q1 at least , April to be the latest.
