I like my video game talk to be held in this thread. The ratio of people who are older than 14 is refreshing. It's okay in this thread to talk about a game without having to be 100% for or against a game.

Also I don't get verbally abused by obese man children when I say I enjoy a sports game. People on this forum concern me sometimes.

I think that's why we talk about games in here. YH and Dragon go at it sometimes but that's it.

Sure we'll shit on other people's preferences of games occasionally but no one really catches feels over it.

Probably because if you get your feelings hurt easily, you're in the wrong thread.

Exactly. It's impossible to have a real conversation about games on gaming side in most threads. If you wanted to talk about The Order reviews where would you post, in the official review thread? That thread is going at about 10 pages per minute, have fun seeing your post buried within 5 seconds.

Community threads are great for a lot more than the specific purpose of the thread, in my opinion.

I'm not a huge fan of pizza sauce on my pizza. I've eaten too much pizza hut recently because of all those new drizzles which is the right amount of sauce for my cheese bread pizza.

Spent a good portion of my long weekend marathoning through The Clone Wars on netflix. Watched it when it first came out really and thought it was all over the place in terms of quality and just avoided it and had no interest in it, but the later seasons.. man when it's good it is really damn good.

They are single elimination and you have to win four straight rounds to get the trophy. Anyway I made it to the finals after a few tough matches and had this guy 1-0 in the 90th minute. He runs down the field and I am giving him a little space so I don't whiff on a tackle and he unleashes a bomb with Rooney that ties the game. I kick off, whistle blows instantly and we head to extra time. Right away he gets a header goal off of a corner and I miss a few good chances the rest of the way and lose... It was brutal.

Thankfully I reentered the tournament after that loss and won it the next time around, haha.

haven't played a tournament yet - that sounds rough

I like how in FIFA it's usually pretty clear when you've made a mistake leading to a goal, but every once in a while a long bullshit shot slips through and drives me mad

Whatever works for you. I personally like the sauce a lot, but I don't like too much cheese. Used to be a big fan of the stuffed crust type stuff, but it's too rich for me now. I'm getting old

Pizza hut is a perennial underachiever. Overall the crust is waay too bready and the sauce is too sweet.

Well I'm not going to tell everyone what to do. I'll just go back to ignoring the video game talk as usual. Thankfully the Combine is here so the NFL's slowest days are now behind us.

They have like a million new crusts though. I get salted pretzel because sodium is awesome.

It's funny because I'm an old and pizza sauce gives me heartburn from hell. Extra cheese is no problem though!

Totally. Its such a waste of time and taking away from the usual constant gata jabs/nonsense and even more importantly preventing the posting of pizza pictures or the 1000th time that picture of a hot dog smothered in dressing needs to be posted. What are we thinking?!

“I do what I do, but that doesn’t give him the right to put his hands on me,” the 23-year-old told police.

The 23-year-old victim is facing a prostitution charge, while the 34-year-old companion was cited for failure to register with the state as an escort (Who knew you had to carry your union card?).

Did you try Elite Dangerous.

Gary was on Tested this week and everyone else raved about it. I never played that game when it originally came back so I am coming from a place of ignorance. But it sounded pretty cool. Especially if you have a OR.

FIFA bros anyone make the jump back to PES? I tried the demo and it felt pretty good. All the good points from FIFA are basically ripped form PES, but somehow Konami fucked up the formula that they created.

The worst is actually having a 2+ goal lead evaporate in the last 10 minutes.

I remember playing Winning Eleven in law school with a bunch of buddies and it came down to me and my friend Dan. He picked Korea (he was Korean) and I had the US. He came back from 3-0 in the last 15 minutes and won in extra time. I started to spaz to such a degree that I might have said something racist.

No, I've been waffling on getting a flight stick. I tossed mine like 3 years ago when flight sims died so now I have to get a new one. Also, Elite Dangerous doesn't look all that great to me.

I like the time I scored a penalty kick, ran all the way to midfield doing the airplane, did the fish flop, THEN made they guy watch all of the replays. He also had an own goal in this same game.

This also happened to be the time the guy put on his headset half-way through the game just to cuss me out, haha. Feels good to win those mind games. :)

I have been outside the US. The reason you leave the US is to fully appreciate how awesome and great our country is and thank Tebow that you don't live in a 3rd world country like Europe or Florida.

In my experience the English suck so badly at food that they can't even make fish and chips correctly. All of the good food in England (and there is a lot of it) was foreign (i.e. Turkish, Indian, etc).

It's basically HoI2 done even better. They added several new provinces, changed the map, adjusted some of the AI and balancing, added new events, etc. The World War 1 scenario is meh but I found their take on starting Germany in 1933 to be pretty great.

It's been great for me because I couldn't stand HoI3 at all. I really just couldn't get past how they added a million new provinces. Fortunately, HoI4 looks to dial it back a bit.
