I'm looking forward to more information on Sigma Harmonics. It's the only game on the list except for Final Fantasy XIII that really interests me, and I won't set myself up for disappointment by hoping for anything concerning the FF title. So Sigma it is.

Nomura: Dssidia FF and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep can be demoed. In particular, KHBSS is amazing.

Yes, but for that the announcements were made at a pre event conference that was covered by the Japanese media. There wasn't anything revealed at the Party.
