Chicken sandwich: a piece of chicken in between bread/buns. Often breaded.
Chicken burger: the chicken is grounded and formed into a patty, just like beef.
You will almost never encounter a chicken burger.
Show my friend so that he sees the error in his ways. Everyday we stray further from God's light.
Unless the chicken is ground and formed into a patty, sandwich.
This sounds like what a midwestern mom would order with her pop.
Mcchicken sandwich is just the name of that particular chicken burger
Burger in the US: any meat, any bun, but the meat must be ground and in a patty. Turkey, chicken, beef, don't matter
You keep being wrong. Why?

A chicken burger is ground chicken meat formed into a burger patty.
A chicken sandwich is a piece of chicken grilled or fried straight up
One and done. If it's not ground up or something akin to being ground up (like those veggie patties) it's not a burger, it's a sandwich.A chicken burger to me implies ground chicken.
A chicken sandwich implies a breast fillet.

Likewise, your American nomenclature means nothing to us. We'd never grind up good turkey meat when making a turkey burger. I think that should settle it.well a turkey burger is made from ground turkey. So if the chicken is ground up into a hamburger patty, then yes it becomes a chicken burger. Otherwise its a chicken sandwich, local colloquial uses notwithstanding.
now if australians want to call their chicken sandwiches chicken burgers fine no one cares. I liked when they called them chooks, but hey what the fuck ever, right?
