But... *looks at thread title* *looks at message* *scratches head*...
Yeah sorry. but since there was talk about it and all.. It's not steamworks, it's about GMG's Capsule. But we've had cross client/site/DD service conversation in this thread before.

There's no display options at all, save for the resolution and refresh rate :/
Strangely enough, it did display my graphics card in the options, in a way that meant I would be able to switch through graphics card, if I had multiple of them. Mouse control with the "Breath" (your cursor) feels odd, like an RTS camera. If you stay near the edge of the screen, your cursor keeps moving. Other than that I get a solid 30 fps on my laptop on "full".

Man, I knew Bastion would be good but I had no idea just how good.

One question, how exactly does buying the soundtrack on steam work? Do I then have to be on steam to listen to it?

I think you can just copy the files from the folder. I think that's how Frozen Synapse did it.

Ah okay, buying now.

edit: Aww, it's downloading as an update to Bastion so I can't play while it downloads.

Bastion, From Dust, Deus Ex HR...

not sure if im gonna have my PC back for any of these on release day, and i already bought them all :(

No I want Mirror's Edge, lol.
Dude, I'll trade Dirt 3 for Steam's Mirror's Edge on a fucking dime.

I never bought it for the 2,50 (or was it 3,50?) when it was that price and I regret ever since.

The SP in Section 8: Prejudice is surprisingly good for a budget title, there are acouple good levels in there. But you don't buy it for its SP only, it is after all a MP title.

I would give the SP a 7 out of 10, the MP 9.5 out of 10.

I have an EA Mirror's Edge key.
I don't know if you two remember the debacle a couple days ago about some guy wanting to trade his Dirt 3 key for Mirrors Edge, and a bunch of people were giving him a bunch of shit. 'Twas a joke.

But seriously, if anyone wants From Dust, I've got the GMG key. Don't want Mirrors Edge. Have it already.

I would like to get a copy of Section 8 at the 4-pack price, but I can't paypal. Would anyone like to gift me a copy in exchange for something around $4 on Steam?

Also, S8 has a co-op mode called Swarm; Horde Mode for up to 4 players. It's probably not hard to set up a LAN and play with some friends in your house, a pretty lengthy singleplayer AND nice multiplayer to boot, for 3 bucks? Salsa, I expected better from you.

What does it matter when it's only $4? Even if you only play it for the weekend it will be money well spent.

Because I likely wouldn't play it for a few weeks, finishing Vampire before I start anything new.

It is only $4. Anyone with a 4-pack need another person, shoot me a PM. Can paypal asap.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet.

Jamestown for $5 on gamersgate.

According to this it CAN be activated on Steam.

I can't decide if I really want this enough. I'm certain it'll be lower come Holiday sale, but I do love bullet hell style even if I'm horrible at them.

I played 5 maps of swarm with 2 friends and after getting our asses kicked and figuring out the mechanics of building/repairing units, we finally survived a map. $5 for a single player campaign and a neat co-op mode is not a bad deal. It uses GFWL but if you're savvy with port forwarding then it doesn't take much to host a game and play with friends.

what are you doing mannnnnnnnn

Dammit guys. I have so many games to play from the recent sales. Just bought Dead Space 2, Bulletstorm, Fallout: NV, ect since I didn't have a chance during school in the spring.

And I have so many fall/winter games on my list. I think i will pass on Bastion and from dust for now, but damn...
