So Bastion came out today right?

Anyone having weird performance with S8? I can max out all other UE3 games with AA and get 60FPS locked yet this runs between 40-60FPS even without AA, I've been reading that the latest 280.26 drivers are causing issues with performance for a few games including this so gonna roll back.

the only issue i noticed was that SLI seemed a little glitchy during the single player campaign ...ie, when i'd shoot the rocket launcher it'd give off this weird little shadow type flash that wasn't present with a single card. was kinda hard to notice at first, but its there.

performance was the same with a single card, so i just disabled SLI to play.

running i5 760 @ 3.8ghz, 2 gtx460 msi hawk talon attack cards clocked @ 850 core, 4000mhz memory, and 1700mhz shaders.

8gig ram.

using the newest WHQL nvidia drivers 280.26.

It's a really derivative, boring shooter. I have played through it once on PS3 and I bought it on PC to get the enhanced graphics experience. Should you have played any of the previous games, this will be a massive letdown.

Plus I love the achievement graphics for that game, I wish I had high resolution versions of them.

I'm running an i7 860/GTX470 at 2560x1440, thing is though I can max out Borderlands, Batman AA, Singularity etc WITH AA and get 60FPS+ locked but with this it's sitting at an average of 50 and dips. Doesn't make any sense to me.

EDIT: Yep this game is fucked, even with all settings turned down to the lowest it peaks at 70FPS lol. No way I'm playing this POS.

Ah nice. Oh well will see. I survived Black & white which had some terrible controls aswell. If it's really bad, I do hope some flack heads to Ubi. Not nice to delay something and then fuck up a fundamental

It's pretty annoying, although I only played the first 3 mission so far (Green Man Gaming version). If you move the cursor the camera moves with you even when it's not on the edge of the screen.

Pretty much feels like the mouse is replacing the movement of an analog gamepad.

Tell me about it, I played through NOLF2 on Windows 7 last year through sheer force of will. Even starting the game was a gamble, and accessing the menu a second time after loading the game would crash to desktop.
