I think it would be nice if SE give us the option to toggle between her new and classic designs. That way everyone can shut up.

Managed to be wrong on both points somehow.
Surely you managed to see the thread about the ethics committee decision to change Tifa's design. Also, NT being 3v3 only and lacking a proper story mode automatically makes it not the best Dissidia. It's serviceable as an arcade brawler, but that's about it. Also lootboxes or lootcrystals or whatever you want to call it.

Tifa's cool and all but what I'd really want to see is a Square All Stars game with different gameplay and a roster including not just FF but Vagrant Story, Parasite Eve, Romancing SaGa, Kingdom Hearts etc. Obviously this will probably never happen.

I feel like you're ignoring the fact that regardless of what your opinion is of the censorship, they did in fact censor her due to an ethics committee. Whether or not people liked her redesign, that is a thing that actually happened. To then say that they had no part of it is just being dishonest.

I have seen the ethics thread and participated in it.. I saw far too many silly people making silly accusations based on an incorrect translation and then doing the exact same thing that SJWs always do: jump to conclusions and demand that their needs be met.

Uh, she looks exactly how you would expect her to look like in a game celebrating legacy Final Fantasy characters. A bit silly to compare this consistent Final Fantasy Dissidia design of Tifa with a remake of Final Fantasy VII.

It's just nostalgia. If her remake design was her original design, and that was the design they went with for Dissidia, people would be praising it like they are this classic design.

It's not about the size of the boobs guys, main problem here is that the Remake design is just garbage:
-sportsbra looks stupid.
-Plaid skirt is trashy looking.
-thigh highs makes her look like a little school girl.
-the new black gloves and new shoes looks stupid.

I've voiced my complete dislike for his redesign as well. Especially those fucking sunglasses. The guy has numerous emotional scenes and they put sunglasses on a guy that's spending his time doing missions in the dark and living in the slum of Midgard. And Nomura belt-syndrome.

People have complained about the legs and outfit/face before here as well but discussion always goes to hell when people start taking about "tits". Derailing threads and failing to see the bigger picture like "Man this redesign makes no sense for plenty of reasons" equating to "lol incel". I first thought they were just really slow on how videogame work but they mostly just try to get a rise out of people and don't actually talk about said topic. I assume you've read the previous threads here? They are an entertaining read if anything or to better know who not to reply to again.

Anytime someone goes for the face, it reminds me of something I'd read in the Gematsu comments: "The new Claire Redfield is ugly", "her face looks manly", "too western" etc.
Her face looks the same in that comparison shot. In fact, here's a better look:

The proportions are clearly different. KT's render looks much more anime with bigger eyes etc... While SQ made eyes/nose/mouth smaller, more realistic in size, "to appeal to a Western audience" I suppose.
