I've got a quick question maybe some of you that play a pet build WD can answer. I use firebats, wall of zombies, big bad voodoo, spirit walk, zombie dogs, and gargantuan. Most if my damage is coming from firebats so I've been using rares with +fire dmg or +firebats. Haven't really come across any legendaries or sets for my build. Does anyone know of any that would benefit me? Or are there any crafting recipes?

Edit: on my phone at work so I can't remember the passive names off the top of my head but it's the one that gives you an extra dog, chance for fetish spawn, and 20%dmg increase

I play this build on T3 comfortably, T4 ok but a hassle. Swapped wall of zombies for searing locust swarm (ticks for 400-500k for me) Instead of extra dog, I go with gruesome feast (+10% int +10% mana per health globe for 15s). Unfortunately the only gear that benefits are dropped legendaries.

Over 40% additional dmg to elites, it is quite nice. My army of fetishes deal 600-700k crits and firebats vampire rune does up to 2m a tick.

I played ladder plenty on D2... but this game isn't D2.

There is no item duping. No item trading. There is no PVP. There is no 99 level cap. There are all things ladder was designed to refresh.

Just makes no sense to have ladders. Competition? Competition in a game where literally the only skill is how much time you spend in the game compared to others? (Yoshi) And also how lucky the RNG gods are to you so you can clear bigger and better content faster? That rewards early adopters because the stronger you get, the faster you farm which means the faster you clear more harder content?

I just don't understand the ladder hype. It's all you read on the official forums and on reddit. Makes 0 sense given the games current mechanics.

Dont try to reason with or understand the Blizz forums. That place is a cespool of knuckling draggin, mouth breathing, douche rockets. Very few people there are capable of any level of critical thinking or seeing the big picture. I check in every once in a while to see Blue posts or go into the DH forum (its much better than General).

Hopped on the Asia servers to try out the Crusader. Ended up staying on till about level 11. Act 5 will have to be done first though. Need adventure mode.

Nice gear! I think I'm going to try switching out WoZ for locust. I'd like to have some additional dps. I'm using the taunt rune right now but it doesn't do any good against elites. I think my toughness is good enough to withstand some damage from trash mobs. I just need to get my dps up. Sitting at around 72k right now.

Definitely yes to number 1. Not sure about two. For convenience sake, yes it is the best place. It is what I did. But people are buying keys from other dealers so that they can save some money.

I bought directly from blizzard to avoid any potential hassles. No key required.

People that played on Asia servers, what are your thoughts on the Crusader so far? I can't wait to start mine tomorrow night after I pick up my CE from GameStop. Going to sideline my Barb and take Fem-Crusader straight to the end of Act V.

I didn't want to ruin it too much so I only played through the skeleton king/level 12 (didn't get to 13 for steed charge).
Thoughts:

-Nerfed XP gain was super noticeable, hard only got me to level 10 before the SK.It was annoying instead of fun, paragon levels on NA will help with that.
-A strong 2h with sweep attack instead of shield charge was way better early on, once I got 10 I just used the 2h passive when I had those, and the other when I got a better 1h though.
-Glare is awesome and way more useful than I expected.
-Provoke lets you just spam finishers on things a lot of the time. Feels WAY less limited than Fury does.
-Graphics are awesome, female crusader looks great and has a super fun dry wit when she talks to people (I actually laughed at some of her conversations).
-Related to above, recruiting Haedrig is hilarious.

Class felt fun, very visceral to bash things in the face with.

Oh, and blessed hammers were the last thing I got, absolutely wrecked packs of mobs, and costs almost nothing. Bad single target though.

This was my main takeaway from the brief time I was able to put up with the high latency. It was just way too slow. I have zero interest in legit leveling a character through the same content again if it is going to be that slow. Pretty much power level or nothing for me.
