I'm sure it'll be something cool, but EU exclusive. NoA really has been pretty bad with CE/LE's recently for our region.

I can still see early October for Xenoblade and late for Fatal Frame.
Steel case, 50+ page art book, sampler soundtrack, and probably a poster, and probably some exclusive special armor or something with preorders

The game is out next week in Japan so it's not like there'll be much to hide after that.

Maybe E3 is going to have a surprise game, like Metroid! They don't want nothing stealing its thunder, maybe not the whole reason, but Zelda did get delayed.

I hope the direct is new, but I'm guessing its just going to be the Japanese directs we just had but with subtitles. Really hoping to hear the dub though.
Retro's game has gotta show up eventually
