Look I know for the most part everyone hates the game, I haven't played it so I can't comment but I'm sure there are some people out there who like the game. From what I can tell this game just got overhyped and came out as a below average game hence the backlash. Randy has done it no favours either by continuing to come out and talk about it like its gods gift to gaming.

My point was he should just move on and accept it for what it is and get over it instead of trying to constantly defend it which is always going to be a losing battle for him.

I'm not a massive fan of any of his games, I don't understand the hype around Borderlands. I would love to have seen an alternative universe where it had been released as planned without all the cell shading, would it have stood out as much as it did?
With regards to this game though, yes some people will have enjoyed it for what it was but being this blind over how much it failed to live up to the previews is ridiculous. It borders on being mis-sold.
