It's kind of related because Roy moderated it, but this reminds me a lot of Batman. First we had Wee who was neutral who won at the end of D4 fake claimed a limerick curse in D3. Sorian who was scum with a vote remover used it on himself N2 after being blocked on N1. The latter showed up in the vote count on D3 as an invalid vote so he could use it as proof.

Yup, but I don't know the specifics apart from being scum alligned and performed by Flush.

So everyone ignored my idea that maybe the seat-switching was a side-effect of the actual day-action that someone triggered. Fire alarms are used as classic distractions in fiction, so maybe the switching is meant to distract us from what actually happened (regardless of whether it's something that we can notice or not).
Then again this isn't really being discussed. Xam's argument is going over my head; can someone tell me what he's arguing for/against exactly? He thinks Roy is scum because of some slip up when discussing Launch's power?

No, my reasoning was a bit more simple than that. There were more people I trusted at my table (plus myself), so I decided that scum would probably fee similarly about those people as well, so redirecting that would be beneficial.

Seems a bit weird. That's about the only thing that made sense to me, that it could be a counterpart, but if everyone knows about it, what's the point?
However, what I can speculate is that this was intended to be used in conjunction with another ability, so it's not unbelievable that this is a mafia ability. On other other hand, it's more likely it's a town ability and it's intended to help/deter abilities that have to be used on players in the same table. I will also add I'm pretty sure this ability was initiated in the night phase.

I think it's like a disruption roleRight, but what is the point of it? It seems almost useless to me.
I would be surprised if mafia didn't have some sort of a role to move them from table to table or whatnot, so maybe a role like this could throw a wrench in their plans?

Yes guys, I have indeed been quiet today.
That's because I don't have anything of value to share IMHO, aside from a theory I am currently keeping quiet about as if I'm right about it, scum might stand to take advantage of. I could be wrong (and I probably am) but I'd rather not take the risk.
After seeing two table rearrangements for certain, did you find that your theory you mentioned was reinforced? Or did the hypothesis get proven wrong? Is it something you can safely discuss, or still better not to bring it up?
I theorize that launchpad is the puller of the fire alarm, and didn't cause an extra table shuffling last night. But he certainly was the first person to bring up table shuffling, and seemed convinced both tables would be RNG'd freshly for each new day phase. So he knew more than the rest of us did.

So, disclaimer: in 3 hours I will be getting on a plane. Chances are I will be away from the internet until Sunday. I will try to get as much sleuthing as I can done in the next couple of hours. With that out of the way:

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt for now (now might not last very long btw if I don't get any other options in the next couple of hours), because I can understand the ploy you claimed you pulled, and I feel it might bring unwanted attention to an uninvited so they wouldn't risk it, especially not day 1. Having said that, it's very easy to tunnel and then just step back say "no look we now have potential uninvited" and just burn through that list, wasting more time and people, without having to take any responsibility for it yourself. So yeah, for now I'm letting you off the hook, but I'll be watching you.
