Please do not slither to your timey-wimey hole plz

What are you, Blargonaut, now?

And as for my vote for you, it's pretty simple. You've been acting weird all game. You're very active, but you seem to be off and on about the direction you are going, who you think is scum, and what role you are "playing" in this game. Basically, I think your scum based on a huge hunch. Sorry I don't have something great on you, but that's where I stand.

I don't understand this bit. What risk is there to begin with?

The assumption is also not perfect. While Scrafty was an obvious target, one thing I didn't immediately think of is that she's also an obvious target for the doctor. If mafia has a strongman whom they used against Scrafty it's possible the lone scum didn't know about the mafia roles (I don't think the recruitable in Night Vale knew more than the names).
Sorry, the risk of being NKed by mafia. At least, I think that's the risk you mentioned in the post I was responding to?

Basically, while a Lost Scum needs to try to avoid being NKed by Scum, the biggest issue (from my experience in Star Wars) is staying useful enough to town to not get lynched, while also not leading town against an actual scum. Granted, in SW I wasn't given the list of Scum while this Lost Scum knows who their partner are.

Launch's power isn't invisible to everyone. As long as somebody at Table 2 had a power that didn't go off as planned, they know he's telling the truth. Obviously no one's going to out and say "UH DOC HERE AND I WASN'T REROUTED" but any town powers that got messed with would at least start looking for ways to nail him on something else.

I could be wrong, but I thought Launch used his power on Table 1?

Then again, he also claimed (claims?) that there's another part to his power, but nothing he's told us about so far. Frankly, it's part of what is keeping me from believing him at all, and what keeps him on my arsonist suspect list.

But, as I haven't been doused yet, I'm far more concerned with finding scum than the arsonist (sorry Roy/Ouro; unless you're scum in which case sorrynotsorry).

It's not that I trust Czar or Launch or really anyone on the list of possibles more than I trust you Xam, I don't.

I wasn't looking for some hyper in-depth explanation
I just wanted a little bit of more information from you
Thanks for explaining

Salva and Czar. Don't have a specific place, but those two are next.

Fuck it. You know what, I'm not going to deal with this - going with my gut.

Vote: AbsolutBro

I don't think AB is the arso
If I had to choose, it might be CzarTim, but I'm not super sure.

I'm not the Arsonist. Honestly Launch is my biggest suspect, but CzarTim has been way too quiet.

But I think Xam is far more likely to be scum than the rest of the list.

If it makes you feel any better, I think most people are voting for people based on their gut at this juncture. Nothing against you Xam, that's just what my gut is telling me.

Are you trying to pull a SalvaPot?

No one but me can pull a SalvaPot.

This was very funny internally
I am indeed SalvaPot, the Mischief Maker.
Once per game, during the Day phase, I can pull the fire alarm and reshuffle everyone's seating arrangements. Apparently, I exist to fuck up scum movement, as well as the movement of everyone else. I used my power yesterday because I truly thought I was poisoned, and I would never have forgiven myself for letting something like that go to waste.
Looking back on it, I realize it was probably a mistake, and therein lies the crushing disappointment.
BREAKING NEWS: Lighting brother's candles on cake so need to submit
Will talk more in a few

So you can do this once per day, huh? Should be easy enough to confirm.

Well I'm convinced.

This just makes me think more that night kills have to be submitted by someone at the same table as the victim, if placement is so integral to scum. There's more clues to be had found... off to go puzzle over the fucking maps again!

dude u can't have that stuff unless u have enough for the rest of the class

I believe that Xam has that role. I don't think anyone is going to refute it.

Now, I don't want to make this seem like a gamechanging revelation, but take into consideration weemad was the guy most gunning for my lynching last phase, and then he just fucking dropped it. You know, for those of you guys still doubting me.

Once per game? That's funny, Xam. Because in the gossip you made sure to mention that you could pull the fire alarms twice per game.

I know you probably thought this was a sweet gotcha but unless somebody cc'd him you probably should have kept that fact to yourself. See: El Topo claiming a one-shot chat bomb when he actually had two.

And that's actually the same example Roy gave me in the gossip chat!
SYNERGY!

Anyway
Let's get ANALYTICAL
Until the Bride is happy with the seating arrangements*, the seats will be rearranged at the beginning of each day phase. This will have no effect on the prior night’s actions.
But what does this mean?
Well, I think it means that movement actions that occur during the night aren't affected by the normal Day swap. Therefore, there might be a scum role that can move from table to table to try to kill people with a benefit (ala a Strongman that can only kill people on either side of him/her) or similar.
I think I was supposed to mess with everyone, but with an emphasis on scum.

Dude
Maybe if you were an active participant in the gossip chat
We could have talked about this
I know you are busy with school and stuff but COME ON
