Anyone else think that these accusations are coming out way too fast? The public won't have any time to digest any of them and two weeks from now will probably only remember the pussygate thing.

Or maybe drowning trump in constant controversy until the 9th will keep him down even though there isn't enough time for a particular one to break through?

Nope. These stories need to come out and I'm proud of the women coming forward. The volume or frequency of the reporting doesn't matter imo.

I don't know:

thumbRNS-TRUMP-POLL101116.jpg

I've read some Russell Moore interviews yesterday, which I enjoyed reading.

https://www.bloomberg.com/view/arti...cal-civil-war-an-interview-with-russell-moore

While I obviously don't agree with him about everything, I get the sense that he actually tries to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ instead of some cultural Christian conservative bullshit that doesn't really seem very Christlike to me.

Interesting take on the demographic divide between evangelicals, so there is hope that they eventually won't just be tools for the Republicans.

I noticed that too. LOL
I wish the media would just stop covering his rallies since he is fomenting violence against them. Just cut the baby off. He can still have FOX.

If he's the nominee for one of the two major parties, the media needs to cover it. I don't care how bad it is, we can't just ignore that it's happening.

Nobody's asking people to transcribe everything they hear on cable news, but would it hurt to at least paraphrase what he's saying a bit?

Oh sorry someone had already posted what was going. Basically calling out Kayleigh McEnany for her inconsistencies of not giving Bill the benefit of the doubt with his accusers but doing that for Donald Trump.

I still think she wins ME 2 and OH. Iowa will be the only Obama flip.
I think Iowa ends up going blue by a hair.

Her map is Obama 2012 + NC for sure, with AZ, GA and (really?) UT on the table as well. TX, SC, MO, AK close to being swing states. If something else big happened to Trump it could push them in her column.

I the heavy flow is good. Energize dem base to keep him out of office and maybe demoralize the churchy types and conservative women into staying home/voting johnson/maybe even Hillary.

I still think there's tape or audio that is going to come out that makes pussygate seem tame anyway. There's gotta be.

CNN had a piece on Ohio and apparently Hillary's line about making coal miners out of business played pretty badly with Ohioans.
Eh, not in areas that matter.

It's twofold:

1) There are a lot of white people that aren't college educated.
2) Ohio hasn't kept up with changing demographics like NC, VA, or FL.

Speaking of this. Everybody listen to Michelle's speech. She delivered it beautifully and unpacked the entire discussion.

About women, about kids, about the men that are NOT like this, about the messages we send when not calling it "sexual assault". Everything that needed to be said.

That means states like MI,OH,PA,WI could be going red in the next 4 to 8 years because of these changing demographics . That can be dangerous unless the southern sates like Texas and Georgia can turn purple.

Weren't you voting Trump and now voting Johnson?

How is it "dangerous"?

The electoral votes each state gets might offset some of this. Very minor, but it could help.

I am somewhat skeptical about this. What is likely helping Trump in Ohio is his appeal to high school educated whites and his stance on trade and against the elite.

A regular republican isn't going have that same appeal.

Moreover, I don't think MI, OH, PA, and WI's demographics have really changed. Not all white voters are the same. Not all white male high school voters are the same. Certainly that demographic leans republican throughout our country, but the differences are vast. Like 90% vote Republican in the south while like 50-60% vote republican in the north.

I see Ohio and Iowa flipping to lean Republican in the near future, but I don't think MI, PA, and WI will do so. They have more favorable demographics to democrats.

PA has too much diversity and college education.

The electoral map is going to get worse for the Republicans, not better.

why is Greenwald so angry and pro-Putin? i feel bad for him... kind of... can't tell if this has to do with Snowden or if this has to do with the Intercept being a completely failed website and is relying entirely on Bernie bro traffic to sustain its very existence. I'm torn... it's like 50-50 for me.

And the Philadelphia suburbs, the Lehigh Valley, and Pittsburgh...

I don't even think anybody realizes the third largest city in the state (Allentown) is a minority-majority city.

Hell, the LARGEST city in the state is minority-majority.

A lot of people like him are Pro-WhoeverIsAntiUS, it has less to do with liking Putin and more to do with hating US establishments.

can Trump win without Pennsylvania if he picks up New Hampshire?

Yes though it would be an EV tie without ME-2. He can win by flipping Colorado too. Every scenario requires him to win Ohio, North Carolina, Iowa, Florida, and Nevada. He can to win those states and then flip another Obama state.

Yea, if those NBC Ohio poll voter spread holds than Clinton will lose.

More Men, more white folks than 2012.

Do you actually have the cross tabs? Because I can't find them, and that's not the data that MSNBC just shared. They didn't talk about anything but the female gender gap and the divide between white college educated and white blue collar.

This Fahrenthold business on the foundation is far from a nothingburger. It's peeling back the onion on decades of self-dealing, taking foundation dollars and using it to buy memberships, dinners, and paying settlements that ultimately will total up in the millions of dollars of value. It's major fraud.

First tragedy, then farce.

MI and PA are trending Republican but are decades away from being in play, and LOTS could change between now and then.

OH and WI scare me more, that said we have paths to victory that do not include them and with FL, NC, VA, CO and NV swinging Dem we are ok nationally. NC, AZ and GA coming along are nice buffers as well.

But we need to start making real inroads in those three states in the next two election cycles.

Yep, this is big. But his alleged sexual assaults is the bigger story so this might get eaten up.

There are SOOOO many Trump signs in York County, Maine. It's nauseating. They are everywhere I go. It is no longer possible for me to run a local errand without passing several signs.

I know it means nothing, but it sucks. Deplorables are so proud to be deplorable. They scream it.
