Next week is going to be frigging amazing.

-start new job Monday
-Switch hype all week
-Switch on Fri
-Logan Saturday

Zelda all weekend, since I can play it anywhere.

I think its safe to say, at least from a best buy perspective, if you have a midnight release store. Most of the ones i looked at including my own will have roughly double or more the units preordered at that location. So chances of snagging one up without a preorder should be decent depending on midnight turnout.

Guys any chance I can still get my mits on Zelda Master edition. Been scouting the net like a hawk but so far nothing popping up.

Got an email from GameStop saying I'm gonna be charged on the 25th for my Switch preorder and an estimated delivery day of... 3/6... ;_;

I get that choosing the free shipping means stuff takes a few days but I swear most prominent (US) online shops get preorders of stuff to you on launch day regardless. Oh well.

No. They are completely sold out which has been pissing me off since the Switch event.

Hopefully a few pop-up either next week or the week after from cancellations or returns.

Question for people who have accessories (besides pro controller) from Amazon with a delivery date of 3/7, did you originally have a date of 3/3 and it got changed or did you have no delivery date before?

My AC adapter had no delivery date and I just got the e-mail for a 3/7 delivery. Same with my Pro Controller order.

I read on reddit that someone asked the Nintendo rep and they said yes and even showed him (HDMI cable pocket side is the back). I would take it with a grain of salt until we hear further The only issue that I can find with a horizontal layout is the potential of scratching the screen while docking/undocking.

I only ask since stores around me aren't taking any pre orders for them and I can't nab them from Amazon right now.

The neons say they are reservable but then say out of stock in-store/online. The grey ones list a shipping date.

People that preordered at bestbuy, what time do you plan to get there? I like to chat with people , but here in Michigan is going to bed cold as fuck probably .

Always nice to see more people from michigan but sadly i pre-ordered at gamestop in Brighton, which best buy are you going to i did the Westland one for the wii and wii u launch. Weather is supposed to be in the 40- 50 range next week.

I'll probably be getting there like an hour and half early or so. I'm in Los Angeles, so lines tend to get pretty long for events like this.

Is Best Buy preorder only or can you wait at midnight to get one with out having a preorder?

Has anyone preordered for pickup at bestbuy for a midnight launch? Will everything I ordered be ready to go when I get to the counter? I get stressed out that the event won't be organized and that one of my items will be sold away.

Kinda wondering this too. Will be my first Bestbuy pick up order. I did the Zelda Master Edition and Pro Controller... will they be there if I got a confirmation order?

We are doing Tickets for Non-Preorder units at 11pm. We got the go ahead to start processing transactions at 11:30pm but no one can leave the store until 12:01am

Online Preorder items for Pick Up always pop up for the store to label with your name and order name at 9AM the day before Street Date, so you get a confirmation email about it being ready for pick up like a day in advanced after we pick it on our end.

Thats the information from our Midnight launch guide, and since that's a corporate sent thing, I doubt its just my store. Tickets are for midnight release stores and non-midnight release stores for the following morning.

East coast here, but our Launch Guide states that all stores must NOT reopen for the midnight launch until 11:30pm their local time per agreement with Nintendo. Since I guess usually they just go off local east coast time and start processing things at 9 instead of 12.

Nope. Nintendo rules are 12 at that stores location time zone.

Archaic... and I am bitter but my excitement will over ride it.

I'll be there an hour early. My local Best Buy have always done it in an orderly fashion so I don't expect it to be any different from other midnight launches.
