Meanwhile, the leading story on the Fox News website: "Samantha Power sought to unmask Americans on almost daily basis, sources say"

It's funny how obsessed they are with unmasking conspiracies.

Obama Cabinet Member: "Hey, this document in my daily briefing is confusing without context. Can you tell me who this is supposed to be?"

IC: "Not this time"

Obama Cabinet Member: "Ok"

Fox News: *angrily yells incoherently*

lol trump will love this

(Reuters) - North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho called U.S. President Donald Trump's address to the United Nations "the sound of a dog barking", brushing aside Trump's remarks that the United States may be forced to "totally destroy" North Korea.

"There is a saying that goes: 'Even when dogs bark, the parade goes on'," said Ri in televised remarks to reporters in front of a hotel near the United Nations headquarters in New York.

"If (Trump) was thinking about surprising us with dog-barking sounds then he is clearly dreaming."

When asked by reporters what he thought of Trump calling North Korean leader Kim Jong Un "rocket man", Ri quipped, "I feel sorry for his aides."

I mean, has Kid Rock even started campaigning yet or is he still in the "I haven't officially decided to run" phase? Either way, it is pretty worrying that he has 34% of the vote without showing much effort.

That 14% are undecided about this is also pretty depressing.

So this AL Senate race is a pretty hot topic. You've got Palin and Gorka coming in to campaign for Moore, and he's supported by trump's good buddy Bannon. Trump is holding a rally for Strange, but it's reported trump doesn't know how much Strange is behind in the polls. Plus R's are very afraid of the affect Moore winning will have on other races.

Some of you need to come to terms with the fact that anyone, no matter how reprehensible or unqualified, will receive 35% of the vote based on the D or R next to their name.

Anthony Weiner could run for governor of NY today and get at least 35%.

He's a great politician in his defense. Just a reprehensible person.

You could put Dog Shit in a poll in any state and out and R or D next to their name and you get like 20-38% of the vote depending on the state.

Anthony Weiner doesn't make it past the primaries.

People's personal lives should rarely be the barometer for whether or not they should hold public office.

Wasn't he dead last in his mayoral primary? Like low single digits?

I don't know, I agree with this in some respects, but I feel like there should be a line drawn somewhere and sexting underage girls should definitely be on the unacceptable side of that line.

Everyone knows this, you aren't speaking truth to anyone.

Like with many of your posts here, I don't even know who you are responding to.

Weiner was polling like 3% when another scandal broke out while he was in the middle of campaigning.

Kid Rock 34
Debbie Stabenow 52

Were we still worried about this one?

Trump had that "he's a successful businessman who's built things" bullshit that independents fell back on in addition to their dislike of Hillary. That doesn't work the same for the guy who's famous for "Bawitdaba". 34% is basically the "anyone with an R next to their name" vote, I don't see him as a legit threat.

republican values, huh

I'm so angry our school allowed this. But if there's any questions if we should judge republicans as harshly as Trump, this here is proof. These dumb republican clubs like the ones in UCI and U Berkerely are inviting people like Milo just to get a reaction and our schools just keep letting them.

Probably so they can dress up as Nazis and not get kicked off campus immediately.

Never thought about that but they are encouraging people inside the room to not wear any costumes. That's probably to combat the protesters going inside though.

Honesty thinking of wearing something that day to piss of these republicans.

Yes

I'm still unconvinced people in Michigan will be able to resist filling in "LOL, fuck it, Kid Rock" come Election Day
I think as long as Trump is president (and widely disliked), there could very well be a strong backlash against celebrity candidates.

Not to mention in a state like Michigan, which Trump barely won (and there's already indication there's severe backlash towards him from swing voters), running as a mini-Trump and a Republican in a midterm year is likely a recipe for disaster.

We'll see - obviously the election is still just under 14 months away, and if Kid Rock does run and win the primary Stabenow should absolutely take him seriously. Still would rather be the candidate up 18 points than down that many.

On an unrelated note, saw a nugget of info that the DSCC's internal polling had McGinty and Kander winning until the Comey memo hit. Goddammit all. Oddly enough, Feingold appeared to still be losing - while most people (myself included) thought he was a sure thing, I did notice that his poll numbers started collapsing much earlier than Clinton's. Seems like people just didn't hate Johnson enough to term him out.

I don't respect your opinion. Flatearther equivalent.

Veep and The Thick of It are different but both brilliant. And it's a travesty to ignore the latter.

No she shat in the street.

I should definitely give it another shot. I remembering liking it back then but I honestly didn’t watch all that much of it.

Yeah. That's basically just the not-Stabenow vote. Which is entirely as expected. Nothing interesting about it.
