Wow best battle so far, the look of fear at many moments this episode, from confident to fearful, awesome turn of events.

I do wish Mahamut bey did get in a bit of the action but it wasnt his fight.

Looking it up it seems they inserted a number of political jokes in reference to Donald Trump and the Left vs Right going on in this country. So, I assume that's what the beef is about: https://www.funimation.com/forum/topic/14704/inacurate-dubbing-again/23

I guess it, again, boils down to "Dub it keeping the Japanese dialogue/intention in mind" or "Be free with it to add humor, political or not, to a potentially dry script."

Once again, people have no sense of humor. The Haji GAL dub was fucking hilarious, even more hilarious and appropriate than Dragon Maid.

I think they had more fun with the dub than usual, which honestly made the show much more tolerable.

English Yame is the best I've heard in a long, long while because of mannerisms and those prep speak that I remember years ago during high school.

This fake-out "ending" tried too hard to be clever without bothering to make much sense.
Why was Ange alone cut out of the loop aside from *drama*? What is Zelda really after? What kind of factions are going on in the Commonwealth? How has the Duke of Normandy not arrested the Princess yet?
But whatever. There was some bits of goofy action (especially Dorothy's halfpipe drifting) that were fun. If a season 2 happens - and the way the "final" episode ended is clearly hoping for one even if it hasn't yet been announced - I hope it leans heavier into the goofier aspects of the setting. I have a hard time taking the character drama or political intrigue seriously.

Well, I just got back from AWA(Anime Weekend Atlanta). Surprisingly had a decent amount of fun, even though I was there alone. All I did was walk around the dealers and artist ally room, also sat in some of the video rooms they had set up. I also watched Onii-sama the movie (Irregular Magic High School the Movie) and it was surprisingly...decent?

Overall I had fun. I'll be going to more anime cons in the future probably.

A Centaur's Life 12 FIN

Well, that was about as average as it began. Fun enough show to kill time with which was all I really wanted from it but not something I'd recommend due to how vanilla it was despite all the weirdness attempted.

A-Part was fairly amusing though since I had the feeling like I was watching someone's doujin come to life and, well, it was kinda true.

The movie isn't even storyboarded that well. In fact the direction and production values are pretty bad in a lot of segments.

Finished Made in Abyss. Uncomfortable ass show, in ways I rather it not be uncomfortable (Even in the damn last episode...), but no denying that it was definitely well made, and had a very intriguing setting. Last episode also brought the feels.

Guess I'm ruin my mood by reading this now, judging by some of the posts I've seen about what comes after where they are in the anime.

Riko still sucks btw
