Parappa is owned by Sony. Greenblat wasn't involved at all with Parappa being in Playstation All Stars (specifically, I recall Nanaon-Sha being not fond of Parappa fighting against people.)

What I know is "Sony approached (indie company) to make a new parappa game for the ps4." This happened a while back. Maybe that one fell through and now it's queasy..? Or maybe the drunk PR dude had the team wrong. I literally have no other details on the game than that. And the broad statement that this wasn't the only old IP they were trying to match with indies.
