I think he may have forgotten about the game. Lots more content and almost up to Korea, all in all game is in a good spot for a mmo

I was in the Beta and got to level 15-25 in that with Destroyer.

Only recently started the live game with Soul Fighter this time and IDK, feel like that was a mistake. I use an Xbox controller and it took me til like level 28 to figure out I could just hold down certain other buttons to do more stuff ...so now I kinda got no clue how to do cool combos :/

Also the people behind this game are some grade A ass holes IMO. I mean, I've been upgrading the hell outta my weapon wondering why the hell I don't get more sockets. Turns out that they recently made it so that you only get sockets from gem hammers, not free from upgrades.

And the fact that I get peanuts of change as rewards and everything sells for 1 penny really grinds my gears (I know that Subs get money from killing stuff btw ... but it sucks being a free user and having to beg your faction, asking if they can spare a repair hammer cause you're too poor to buy one and you broke the only weapon you have)

Guess I'll sub for a month with a Lyn Blade Dancer (is listed as the same difficulty level as Destroyer IIRC) and see if I can make the leveling process less cruddy. (I mean, Soul fighter is a cool class but I guess being in the Beta with the destroyer class gave me a false impression of how fun and easy melee classes are. For a good chunk of the early game I felt OP cause I had full stalker's shield and could pop everything with elemental stance in no time.
I watched vids of Soul Fighters after I hit 30 and had no idea you could go ham like that ... so I went back to the game and button mashed until I started going all DBZ on event bosses. But at this point if I gotta button mash I think it's too late to really figure it out so Imma try blade dancer mainly cause I wanna get that swim suit for my Lyn while I can)

UPDATE- Blade Dancer is both fun and easy! o_O
Also I don't foresee myself getting the swim suit. Seems like too much of a money/ time sink for a new player when the weapons can break so easily.

Just ask me for help if you need money I can spare couple gold, and you can find gem hammers from end game dungeons. I got a couple from my grind and I just sell it on market place lol, but yeah don't sell stuff toNPC sell on market place.

It's a pretty good time to come back. They decreased weapon upgrade prices, added tons of xp from main story quests and on the 5th of October they're decreasing the accessory upgrade costs. I haven't leveled a fresh character since the changes but it's said that you can get to 50 HM 4 or 5 just from the main story now.

You're going to need to find a clan to help carry you until you get your gear upgraded though. Xserver is going to be filled with 600+ only rooms very soon regardless if it's an easy dungeon or not. The majority of players just want everything done quick these days. It's already starting to be a pain filling up even 550+ rooms lately.

So, after watching a single episode of Thunderbolt Fantasy, I have interest in playing this game again. xD

The Soul Fighter is available now, right? I may play that one. On which server and with what faction are people still playing here? No idea how long and/or often I will play this, because of the new WoW addon, but may as well ask. :0

Well, seems to work. So here are some more questions:

- Someone mentioned they reduced the required XP, so can I level now only using the main story? Or does that only apply to the 45+ areas? Last time I played was just when Silverfrost released, I stopped in Zanwei (or what the city was called) at level 47, so I would be happy if I could skip all the other stuff.
- Who should I whisper in order to join? Even if my play time probably differs quite a bit from yours, it's still better than having no one on EU side (it's ~10:30 AM now in EU).
- Is Merry Potters still the only "viable" profession? Last time I played I had Herbalism (or whatever the herb thingy was called) and I think Blackmsithing, but I am not sure. I do remember that I made zero money.

1.If you do the entire storymode you will be lvl 50 hm4 or something at the end.
2.Sorry not in GAF clan cant answer that im still Windrest.
3.No, to be honest i don't think any profession is worth it, your better off selling the materials. Otherwise yeah merry potters is still 1 of the more useful professions together with Radiant Ring and Soulwardens.

Don't know what's the state of the AH nowadays for low lvl items, but last I played you could have bought that for 5 to 10silvers. Any of the breakthrough items can be bought on the AH, only the evolve items(first dungeon, golden deva, tomb, hujkar etc) you have to farm yourself.

Yeah, I remembered that. And then I saw the AH only becomes available at level 15 and higher. Ah, doesn't matter. Had over 100 Hongmoon keys thanks to the Care Package. xD
