I know this was known but I was still holding out for a sliver of hope.

Catherine E. Coulson (Log Lady) is also there
This was known real early that his character wouldn't be back. He was interested in returning if his character was.I'm surprised that Michael J. Anderson isn't in it at all I figured he'd have to appear at least once, even if just as a brief callback/fan service.
I just want to say that Patrick Fischler is a perfect actor for the show.

Maybe I'm alone on this, but I always found him to be the worst actor on the show. Bad enough to be distracting.
Can anyone pull out some of the bigger names in there? It is hard to decipher in that bulk format.
She died in 2015
Tim Roth and Trent Reznor are certainly interesting casting decisions. Berenice Marlohe though? Yum.
Trent fucking reznor and his wife?
wut. I'm confused yet intrigued

This means they must have filmed something with her after all. That's good to hear.Catherine E. Coulson (Log Lady) is also there

Names that do surprise me:
Lillard, Matthew
Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam)
Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails)
Monica Bellucci (Irreversible, Spectre)
Michael Cera (Superbad, Scott Pilgrim)
David Duchovny (The X Files, Twin Peaks)
Amanda Seyfried (Mean Girls, Mamma Mia)
Jim Belushi (SNL)
Sky Ferreira (Singer/songwriter)
Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters)
Matthew Lillard (Scream)
Jane Levy (Evil Dead remake)
Berenice Marlohe (Skyfall)
Tim Roth (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs)
Sara Paxton (The Inkeepers)
Harry Dean Stanton (Pretty in Pink, Alien)
Naomi Watts (Mulholland Dr., King Kong)
Matthew Lillard is fucking great (and weird) in The Bridge and Bosch. I have no problem at all seeing him fit right in.
my boss was telling me recently that they may do even more episodes now? Or maybe it was they filmed so much that it might be split into two new seasons? I don't follow the new season too closely but it doesn't look like this was discussed here. Or maybe my boss is crazy and makes shit up.
I am super excited to see what the deal is withNote that bothandJacques Renaultdied in the original series, as well asLeland Palmerof course, so either they're coming back as spirits or new characters (or, inLaura Palmercase,Ray Wise's?).as BOB
Returning cast members (not counting a couple minor FWWM actors):
Also the actor that played Jumping Man, Carlton Lee Russell, is listed. Interesting, TP land can always use more Jumping Man.
Oh shit. That's really exciting actually!
How are they going to get Harry Dean Stanton's character back? He had a tiny, mostly irrelevant role in FWWM.
