If it doesn't feel right to see it right now, don't go. Someone else said it would be in the back of their mind when the same scene came on screen.I'm supposed to go see this movie with my two siblings this evening, but I honestly don't know if I can sit and allow myself to be entertained in the same kind of environment that a dozen people lost their lives in just a few hours ago. It feels wrong and I don't know if I can shake that feeling if I watch the movie.
I don't think anyone should be afraid to go see it, but if it feels off, don't go.
I had no intention of seeing it anyway, but I'm not going to think someone is weird for not watching it and I'm not going to think less of someone for still being able to see it.
