Someone claimed the OT in the thread for them, and it unlocks at midnight EST according to the PSN store page.

Will the PS4 pre order themes be available to buy seperately or later on? Don't plan on buying this anytime soon, but I want the themes

That'd be nice if they were and was a slight contributing factor to my preorder since I wanted them. That said, they are the same picture, but one is colored for night, the other for day. They are both nice though.

Not only does it unlock at 00:00 EST, but one can predownload it now.
