All of those pictured and not pictured from the dev team have FULL right to be extremely sour, and realistically should be fairly hesitant to continue working for Ubisoft. They clearly slaved for the better part of a year to meet a crazy schedule of demo and gold product releases, and in an instant they were slapped in the face. Given their pedigree, they would not have much trouble finding work in this industry and they should consider it. Yes, this is not the first time stuff like this has happened in this industry, but this is particularly egregious
Cbajd5, I actually don't think that any extra funds changed hands surrounding Legends being the only playable demo. I think that the initial good faith Ubisoft established (which is getting dangerously thin) with all the titles they had slated for the launch window played a major role. Speaking to one of the reps at an August preview event, he hinted to me that Fall demo units would feature Rayman because Nintendo wanted a tight, focused fun demo for both one or two players that showed various gamepad features and also displayed some stunning visual fidelity. I firmly believe that Rayman Legends as an exclusive playable demo was simply a case of MASSIVE added value of their initial business partnership, which makes this delay an even bigger slap in the face
