While I would've preferred an actual ring, had they called it an 'O-RING' I'd suspect that some special people would have tried to wear it on an unintended appendage...

This is pretty much what I expected - better coverart, steelcase and most of the US-preorderstuff (like the golden guns).
Of course, artbook etc. would have been nice, just remember the also PAL-only (?) CE-box of Far Cry 2
100 Aus$ is a bit expensive, I hope for 45 pounds or less.

I don't understand. Wasn't that ornament box art proven to be fake and that the ornament is some random 3D render that has nothing do with the game?
Wow, at first I thought we would be getting real golden guns because those renders looked so real. :lol The visuals in this game really are realistic after all.
But...preorder DLC is bad anough...but DIFFERENT store exclusive DLC's are the worst. So you are missing out on something even if you preorder the game? :lol I guess the Best Buy one is the smartest to go with as it actually adds "new" content. But the Amazon map...is that an actual poster or something in-game?
And seriously, giving other players (newbies) an edge in multiplayer over others just because they preordered somewhere? So broken and fucked up.

Sorry. The obviously wounded dude has something strange going on with his upper arm. There is no joint between the shoulder and the elbow, so unless the bone is broken it should not bend.

Did anyone complain about the INfamous boxart? It was fucking horrible, I was actually considering paying the extra $20 or $30 (aus) purely because I didn't want that box on my shelf.

On last week's Podcast Beyond (100th episode) Evan Wells was a guest, and he specifically mentioned how tech-sharing from Guerilla and Insomniac helped them solve some screen-tearing issues in the game. Nothing big, but interesting to hear some specifics w/r/t tech-sharing.
