Arrow deciding not to kill people in season 2 is so dumb. I hate when superheroes do that. It's an inelegant and childish way of getting the most mileage possible out of the villains and it instantly makes the action less compelling.
Well, he still killed people. He offed Vertigo pretty nicely.
Killing is just a last option now, I guess.
I don't mind him trying to be a hero as long as he does kill few people in each season. This is true to Green Arrow's in comicbooks and should stay here. Especially since he lacks superpowers, it would be very convulted if he would be able to avoid killing anyone.
I just finished Spartacus so I guess I'm morally obligated to move on to this show.
Apparently Stephen Amell and Manu Bennett are both going to be at NYCC, but there's no Arrow panel.
I just want to see them talk about the show and do a post-mortem on last season. Not a big autograph person. Although, having them sign a copy of Wozzly's "An Eye for an Eye" would be pretty funny.
I at least want him to try not to kill anyone. There are situations where it might be appropriate, but I want struggle, I want Team Arrow grinding their brain to try getting everyone out alive, themselves, the innocents and the villains. I am not very found of Vigilantes who execute "bad people". Because the world isn't black and white and examples of people who took the law in their own hand, usually ended bad for black people in the States.I don't mind him trying to be a hero as long as he does kill few people in each season. Live like a beta.
Die like a beta.
I agree. It makes more sense than Batman magically preventing anyone from dying while he kicks them in the face or throws knives at them.
It feels more in line with law enforcement, lethal force as a last option. I like a hero who is willing to do it, but not happy about it.

He was a hero he helped laurel save her files like any superhero would do
Hey, any word on who this season's big bad will be?

Also gladLance git promoted to Captain, and that he's alive.

Hong Kong is an island too.

It's supposed to be Ra's but I'm expecting a plot twist somewhere.
To celebrate Arrow's return, I'm going to the archery range and printing out a special target to stick on the wall...
Fans of DC Comics, of course, know another side of Ray— he shrinks into the tiny titan known as The Atom. Could shrinking and a blue and red costume be in his TV future on Arrow?
Marc Guggenheim: “I think anything is possible. My instinct is that if Ray Palmer’s going to shrink, he’ll probably shrink on another show. With The Flash in existence, there’s no real compelling reason for us to do super powers on Arrow. We can bring characters to Flash to have super powers. We have plans for Ray that don’t involve shrinking, but our plans for Ray are actually really cool.”
Make sure to hit it in the eye.
So what happens after season five when they covered every year on/off the island?
What will they flashback to?

Someone asked the executive producer about Ray Palmer.
Really not sure what to think of this.I thought introducing The Flash and mirakuru would open the floodgates to a more comic-book show with superpowers (with Oliver being a non-powered hero having to deal with that shit), but it looks like they're going back on it. He also recently said mirakuru is about as far into superpowers as Arrow will go.
I also really don't like the idea of making Ray a big part of Arrow and then shipping him off to The Flash when he gets interesting/becomes a hero.

Personally I like this. Idon't mind low level powers, but anything more makes Green Arrow outmatched. He should stick to human and sligtly more than human enemies, while everything crazier should be left for Flash, since he can actually handle it. At most, if they ever get a good idea about Arrow vs powers they can do it in crossoverse. Bassicaly do it the Batman way, when in his own comics he rarely has to deal with anything truly powerful. Plus it helps to keep both Flash and Arrow feel like genuinelly different shows.

"You know how I was on the island for 5 years..."
"Yes..."
"It was actually 6"

The Flash goes back in time to Ollie on the island and they both go on time traveling adventures.
