No release date for FFXV, Persona 5 will officially be delayed to 2016, Gaf will rage for about a week.

Good god. Just from what is confirmed, this will be the greatest TGS in years.
CyberConnect2 has three new projects in development for current-gen as it's celebrating its 20th anniversary next year:

- Title 1: "Photo-realism, RPG, Worldwide, Unreal Engine 4, Physics-Based Rendering"
- Title 2: "Open-world"
- Title 3: "VR"

Holding out for Bloodborne expansion news, I've never been as excited for a dlc before. Also more info on Nier 2 would be a god send but I don't think that's likely.

Spirited

Mine is pretty and pink
I would have said SEGA PC ports but it's TGS so it's not really aimed for us in the west so I'm pretty sceptical that it would happen.

-Other smaller japanese games

Has the potential to be really great.

I don't know why this TGS 2015 predictions & discussion started before TGS 2015 which is just about 1 month, 6 days later. But hey, get hype everyone!

The Amiga Brotherhood
Sony should be pretty big, it's the "oiiii Japan come join the PS4 party" conference for them! I expect some heavy hitters.

They have to show Gravity Rush for PS4 at this point right?

This conference has the potential to be awesome. Gravity Rush, more Star Ocean, more Persona 5, more FFXV, maybe more Exist Archive, more Ys maybe, new Last Guardian stuff!?!?, and that is not even considering new game announcements.

A few reasons: The E3 one started earlier; news (big and small) concerning TGS 2015 has started surfacing, which will become more frequent in the near future; there'd be no place to discuss news leading up to it if the thread wasn't started before the event; a lot of what is discussed will be relevant to the usual pre-TGS SCEJ conference, which will likely take place ~2 weeks before TGS itself.

Persona 5 release date has to be there... right? I mean.. Atlus doesn't have much time anymore and yes I know that they go full force a few months before release, but... it really is almost here. I need nothing more - fuck all the other games.

Ahh TGS.

My favorite time of the year when it comes to game announcements.

I believe Shu hinted that TGS will be quite significant in terms of their announcements so definitely looking forward to that.

I can't help but feel that Project Setsuna is going to be a disappointment when it's finally revealed. Not to say that it's going to be necessarily bad; rather that it might be a mobile title, just designed in such a way that it keeps Square's PS1 offerings (which were fantastic, but not necessarily what people may be wanting from this endeavour).

It's absolutely not a mobile game. Tokyo RPG Factory was set up specifically to make console games.

We already know its a small scale game tho. Made in Unity as well i believe. I think people really have themselves to blame if they're getting out of hand especially when we have a decent amount of info to go on.

Also the studio was set up for console games

Sony 2015 pre-TGS conference predictions:

- Gravity Daze Remastered for PS4 announcement
- Gravity Daze 2 for
PS4/Vita
official reveal
- Bloodborne DLC official reveal
- Everybody's Golf 7 official reveal
- New SCEJA (external) game announcement
- IDOLM@STER 3 official announcement
- Level-5 PS4 game announcement
- Ys 8 release window/date announcement
- Tomorrow Children release date announcement
- Danganronpa 3 announcement
- Gundam 2015 official reveal with release date/window
- Persona 5 PV#03 with release date & PS4 bundle announcement
- Vanillaware game announcement

Ffxv not announcing release date/quarter

And unfortunately I predict that P5 will be delayed since we've gotten no information. Either that or horrible marketing

I would really really like a Persona 5 date, with a similarly-timed announcement from Atlus USA for an American date. That would be glorious. I don't even care if it's 2016, as long as it's early.

Level 5's new PS4 game reveal.

Sony Santa Monica's new PS4 game reveal. (God of War 4 ?)

Bloodborne DLC reveal.

Sony Bend's PS4 game reveal. (please be Syphon Filter)

Persona 5 delayed until early 2016 (English Version)

Sony talks about more remasters.

New Shenmue 3 trailer.

The Last Guardian release date announced.

Has Sony announced the date of the pre TGS conference yet?

Not yet.

2013' conference date was announced on the 20th of August. (9th September)
2014's conference was announced on the 19th of August. (1st September)

We should hear something in the next 10 or so days.

Since we've had no Sony Gamescom this year, hoping for an earlier September like last year.

When is Sony pre TGS conference?

Usually early September.

Last year's date was confirmed on Aug. 19. Previous year's on August 20. Both were Tuesdays.

Last year's conference was Sept. 1. Previous year's was on Sept. 9. Both were Mondays.

That said, I think we'll get an announcement next Tuesday, and the conference will be on Sept. 7.

Why would those games be at TGS though? GoWIV is likely to show up at PSX I think, and I wouldn't like to place bets on when we'll see Bend's game (which is rumoured to be open world horror).

Bend and SSM have no chance of being there, this is a Japanese event and those are western developers.

There's so many awesome games that can be shown off that I am ridiculously excited, but most of all I NEED that Persona 5.

Any reason for thinking it'll be on the 7th?

<- Hoping for 18th Aug/1st Sep.

Unless Nintendo announces a Direct, no one else.

pre-TGS historically has been a Sony-only thing.

It's the first Monday in September and the past two years' conferences were held on a Monday. That's really all I have to go off. =P

This TGS sounds damm promising. Really excited for it

Nier
Project Setsuna
Final Fantasy XV
Dragon Quest Heroes 11
Dragon Quest Builders
Persona 5
Level 5 ?

and of course Sony Japan with TLG; Gravity Rush and their big budget Japano RPG

Edit: Sorry, missed the "Unannounced Unreal Engine 4 Game (CyberConnect2)" listing.

There are rumors that CC2 is working with SE on FF7 remake. Maybe it's that first title.
