Good, it was just a matter of time anyway. We knew this was going to happen.
Why bother pulling that announcement anyways? Did Sony or Microsoft co-sponsor the event or something?
We are still waiting for FFIX, which actually has a Steam page. This company is a mess.

I can grasp IX. Didn't they announce it was getting a re-release at the beginning of this year? It's only popped out on Mobile.
I imagine an E3 announcement where the game will be available on PSN for PS4 as well.
Square always waits like this for one reason or another.
It's already rumored that their PC version of FFX/FFX-2 is fully completed and they're just waiting for the right time.
I don't think that'd affect Final Fantasy marketing. They probably want to save some announcements for later and keep XV in the news until release.

If it that's indeed the real deal I hope it's day and date just so we can see what kind of performance it'll lead to. I'm sure PC would at least equal Xbox sales

I mean...why would they have it in the advertising if it wasn't coming out day and date?
I'm thinking typo. Gamestop had an ad 2 weeks ago that was full of all kinds of typo errors that had a piece of paper detailing all the typos in the ad so customers wouldn't ask the wrong prices.

...ads like this are approved by the publisher. It's not a Gamestop ad, it's a game ad on the background publisher pays to put up.
Imagine FF VII and its episodes being caught in there, too.
We don't even know how many parts that remake will come in.

Well, the guy that leaked today's annoucements about FFXV was right about every single one of them except the announcement of a PC port. I think it's fair to assume the annoucement was pulled at the last minute and the marketing materials weren't correctly updated in time.
I want to believe.
