The quality doesn't seem that bad for me. . also are these nintendo/pokemon shows for small children? I would love to know the demographics of the consumers for Pokemon games. I know I live in a completely different culture but it always shock me when I watch these streams; I assume this is live from Tokyo? Everyone I know from Tokyo seem very boxed in and reserved with their personality. But hey if it is genuine I'm glad they are having a good time.

I'm so used to watching Japanese TV (not anime, but variety shows like these) that seeing Westerners' "lol Japan" reactions is very baffling.
