Also people saying they don't like indie games? Seriously perplexed by this as its not like its the same genre for each indie game.
I would rather have a good indie game than a mediocre AAA title like watchdogs which was rumoured any day of the week.

The biggest difference between Tropico and SimCity is that the campaign eases you into it. It's a lot better for a beginner.

Absolutely awful...one of the worst months I have ever seen. PS Plus has been a joke for a long time now. So many good AAA games to choose from.
Indie isn't a genre. You may as well say "I don't like games a company hasn't forced people through crunch on and hasn't marketed down my throat!! Please EA, don't make me pay for your games!"
I don't think anyone is saying that. They're just surprised that in all these years, you only found one of the free games enjoyable.

In fairness the PS3 days, plus came out quite late in it's life cycle so had a lot of good first party games and new indie games that they could choose from. We won't get to that level on the ps4 for another year, by that time everyone will be complaining about old titles that were not very good at the time.

NICE. I was always interested in Tropico 5, but never took the plunge.
I also think the the increase of digital and the online store sales has lengthened the tail of games selling, so publishers are less willing to let their big games on there. Hell, Sony not putting their games on it might lend itself as evidence to that, along with games like Killzone and Knack entering the UK charts when they go cheap physical.

It's not difficult. You can cry all you want about downgrades, poor story or bad protagonist, but no rational person can deny the good,solid gameplay of WatchDogs. And good gameplay is all you need for a good game.
The invasion mechanic is great and the shooting feels fine. The game grants you the freedom to take out enemies by stealth, guns blazing or electronic hacking. I hate to cite Metacritic but the game has reviewed very well. The posts calling the game garbage or bad are nothing but hyperbolic trash.
Sleepy? Didn't get much sleep last night? It's understandable, the day before the PS+ games announcement is like Christmas Eve for a kid!

Do you really not understand what people mean yet? High production values...AAA action adventure/shooters/open world. You know, the games and genres that are by far the most popular.

What's bullshit is that Sony is dropping games I personally do not want. This is why these services suck. They should go through my game list and figure out what I do and don't have. Then, they should cater a bunch of titles to my tastes.

After an exceptional April, I will happily GWG a pass this month. Sunset Overdrive was an amazing choice.
As for PS+, I have no interest in Tropico 5, but will give it a try since its, ya know, free.

Not gonna lie. I'm usually happy with the Ps Plus games. As having a ps4 and PS3 means I get atleast 1 good game a month guaranteed. And I loved the indies, such as broforce, galak Z and Helldivers. I'm really hoping tropico is good, as this month seems to pretty much be trash. Especially the PS3. As bad as last months. Just stop giving games for the PS3 and increase the ps4 games.

I'm not complaining about Tropico btw. It's the kind of game I would want to try but would probably never buy.

lol i bought tropico 5 two days ago. I haven't even played it yet ! but I did unwrap the game cause it seemed like there was more than usual inside (there was. A postcard)

It sounds like you bought physical, so you may be able to still exchange it for store credit even though you took the wrapper off.
I feel like Tropico 5 will be the game I enjoy more, but Watch Dogs is the one I wanted to play more. Having Tropico 4 on PC and that being a prime example of a game you can prefer to play on PC are probably the key reasons there, while Watch Dogs you may not want to BUY and can be kinda crappy on PC as I recall.
