Critics were only given the first half of Luke Cage to reviewDaredevil is fun as heck but has serious flaws and Luke Cage's second half was garbo and yet, reviewers praised the hell out of both shows. For them to crap on Iron Fist like this you know it has to be utter garbage.
I mean i think six seasons is more than enough to judge.SO its only the first 6 seasons that they have seen? Maybe its like Luke Cage just in reverse?
According to the reviews and some of the clips we don't even get that.better at least have good fight scenes...........otherwise I will really despise this.

Was this a rushed production or something?
Glad this happened. I haven't enjoyed a Netflix marvel show since the original daredevil despite trying. I feel like they took a lot of the camp out of the shows and replaced them with gritty bullshit, which has hurt them greatly.
Seems like getting Spiderman into MCU and Feige jumped hoops threw a wrench into Marvel TV production.
What winning streak? After the first few eps of DD S2 it went to shit.
I think it's really just that the only remaining people are the hardcore fans.
They also took forever to figure out a concept for IF. It was a tough concept to do right with the white savior origins and the TV budget restricting what settings they could use.Feige has very little to do with Marvel TV.
Some fuckery went down with Luke Cage and Iron Fist as the latter was supposed to air first, but when Colter got cast they quickly went into production.

AoS benefits from this thankfully. Netlix and Inhumans? Not so much.

comments like this are actually why i think i will probably end up liking ironfist despite the poor previews. lol
Pretty much, except for the Punisher parts of DD season 2 and the fight scenes. Those were excellent- Daredevil S1 - One of the best if not, the best comic book show ever even with it's flaws.
- Daredevil S2 - WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?
- Jessica Jones - Amazing villain. Kilgrave is the only one that made this show worth watching for me. Needs better writing though.
- Luke Cage - First half was good, but the second was very bad. The season final fight was a DUMPSTER FIRE. Terrible, terrible acting. That's how bad it was.
Now Iron Fist is not looking good in previews?
Marvel, are you ok?
I loved parts of S2, but post Punisher mini-arc it really dropped apart cohesively.
- Marvel: Netflix Orders 'Marvel's The Punisher' to Series.Pretty much, except for the Punisher parts of DD season 2 and the fight scenes. Those were excellent
Who's the showrunner for The Punisher series?
His work on Hannibal is fantastic.Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle, introduced to fans earlier this year in the second season of the Netflix original series Marvels Daredevil, with Steve Lightfoot (Hannibal) serving as Executive Producer and Showrunner in addition to writing the series first two episodes.
The way I see it, shit must be really wry for critics to finally start blasting a Marvel/Netflix product, specially after all the lauding of horribly flawed (if not downright rotten) series like JJ, Daredevil and Luke Cage.
Laugh all you want, but the Hand was already heads and shoulders above 80% of JJ's plot (and specially anything that had to do with her neighbours) and the utter garbage of Luke Cage's second arc. Lame as it was, Elektra wasn't nearly as bad as some people make her out to be.

Colter was fine. He embraced the cage.Personal opinion time: Luke Cage's first half is barely "good". It has some really fantastic things going like a terrific villain and a great setting, but it's still brought down by an awful lead who can't act for shit (what a let down after watching Colter in The Good Wife), boring AF politicking (which only serves to set up the awfulness of the second half), some greatly unneeded corny yet slow bits (that part about the collapsed building... good God) and some debatable development choices (while I enjoyed the actress, I'm really not a fan of show Misty). Oh, and everything Judas Bullet sucked ass.
The second part extirpates 90% of what made it a flawed yet decent watch and left us with nearly everything bad. And I actually liked Diamondback.
Pasty white Rand is not only canon but a required part of the character as far as I'm concerned, specially if they are going to explore his relationship with Cage. It's a bit of an stereotype, but I'm fine with that one.and Misty
Man, JJ and luke cage were trash.

Yep. They've slowly been building to a total train wreck for a while now. After Diamondback in Luke Cage, I'm not sure how anyone can take this "Universe" seriously anymore. Lmao.
I mean if you didn't like Season 2, you're more than likely to not enjoy most of Season 3.
But Season 4 man, hitting it out the park. It's been so consistent, if you don't enjoy the first episode then you probably won't enjoy the rest.
Yeah, I think Danny's origin story has been cannibalized by a combo of Batman Begins, Iron Man, and Doctor Strange - which just came out less than six months ago. The writers were kind of screwed here: either deviate from the comics and invent a new background, or stick to what's a pretty well worn story now.Iron Fist is probably the character out of these 4 who is most suited to having an actual movie made. But it might have ended up too similar to Doctor Strange, maybe that's even why they're not focusing as much on the Mystical aspect in the show. Which is absolutely a mistake.
F**kin brutal.
