Yeah, Ubisoft is making a new IP pirate game, but I don't know about it being this year.

I really hope they announce a Pro Slim with 4k blu ray. I have a 4k TV, so I've been in the market for a 4k blu ray player. PS4 is my console of choice most of the time, the only thing missing is that damn 4k blu ray drive. Not sure what provoked Sony to leave it out.

Yep. I'm gonna miss this one. Just like last year, time's going to feel SLOW having to avoid spoilers for the last quarter of the work day. I'll definitely have the Twitch page open so as soon as I get home, I'll watch the archived version.

I still think BB2 will be there, but have thought from the get go it'll almost certainly be made internally by Sony, given Miyazaki's statements regarding From being done with Souls for now.

Because source or not they still have a job to protect and if I were to leak anything major that would be trouble for them.

"No plans at this time" means the games are not currently in development or are planned to go into development. But they're not closing that door forever and saying "We'll never make another Dark Souls or Bloodborne game". Miyazaki has specifically said that he's open to someone else at Fromsoft continuing Dark Souls but for now that IP sleeps. This really isn't as cryptic or hard to understand as you seem to want to make it out to be.

"Don't hold your breath" is simply probably not, but with the nature of development, things could change and when and where From announces their titles isn't up to said source. Miyazaki could change his mind and announce whatever game they're working on at TGS or the game awards, but its unlikely and there are currently no plans to do so.

Not a difficult concept. And in general i make an effort to be more vague than the answers I'm given and not to spill all my details, because people in the industry do browse this site, potentially others at Fromsoft and if key details are getting leaked on the internet, someone over at Fromsoft can have it brought to the attention of the powers that be, find said leakers source and fire them, and im sure you understand why losing your job, especially one you love is bad.

Got wrestling, basketball, and Sony all on at the same time. Going to have hoops on my TV but focus mainly on Sony. This is my first E3 as a PS4 owner so my ass is ready to be wowed. Plus I'm a mega God of War fanboy so gimme gimme all that info.

I never thought they'd be on stage this year.

The real question I have is who on Earth is the developer if From isn't making it.
(Provided the game exists of course)

People thought they would be since they mentioned that whole "a sequel, IP and rework of a older game" was in the works.

I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't here tho.

Aside from Miyazaki occasionally talking about what From is currently developing, and clarifying that Dark Souls is dead for now, they haven't said much of anything.

The sequel and rework are actually the same game, which is Armored Core.
