Think they'll cut out some Pokemon for this one? The roster is getting ridiculous, and there's a lot of Pokemon that should just be gotten rid of from older generations.

One thing irritates me about Fennekin, and that's the fact that Flamethrower comes from its chest still when its mouth is clearly open.

The water starter blasts Hydro Pump from its mouth :(

Look carefully at Dennis's gif and you'll see what seems to be the glasses glitching out and remain where they were before the protagonist swings over.
Of course, the interesting thing about that is that it begs the question as to why the glasses are a separate model?

looks a lot like the fifth colossi. Can't complain as that was my favorite looking one too.

These games look ace, now to see all the features included and we will be gold.

Oh my. I think this means I'm getting Y. Shit. Wanted a return to form, I would get the main version again (Gold, Ruby, FireRed), but seems I'm going down path two, again (Blue, White)... And I got Platinum once.

Can't decide if i want a physical copy of this or will buy the e-shop copy.

For people who have bought digital games on the eshop, what happens in the event that your 3DS dies?

Is it a simple redownload of your game on a new 3DS and what about saves?

Also, I like the distinctive European look they went for. Hopefully this means a bigger region as well.

I was thinking of getting the eShop version, myself, but I think that I may stick with physical.

Well, October 2013 seems like a good time to get back into Pokemon. I wonder if they realized how much more awesome Froakie is than the rest?

Also.. Does the music playing during the trailer have an actual name? Obviously it's been a Pokemon mainstay anthem for over 10 years, and I never heard an official title. I love that song.

At the moment only Nintendo Customer support can handle that stuff. But I'll get the digital version anyways because this is a game you NEED to have on you at all times. Well for a Pokefan.

GEN VI!!!!!

So excited they are finally doing a simultaneous worldwide release. I'll actually have to pick a version without knowing all the details beforehand. Leaning towards X right now, but I'll wait to see if they spill any more info on versions differences. Also, I'm totally buying this digitally.

I'm glad the battle animations seem to be fast. That was a big concern I had for the full 3D transition. I'm not totally sold on some of the camera angles for the overworld, but I have no real complaints about the actual graphics. I don't expect Pokemon games to be graphical showcases, so long as they are packed with content.

The starters are good overall. For once I can't decide my favorite immediately. I'm torn between the water and fire starters. I'll have to wait to see the evolutions. I don't care for the grass dude, but he's certainly not the ugliest grass starter ever. The legendaries look weird, especially if they will be the Gen VI mascots. They don't scream "cool" to me, but at least they're not total duds.

Darn :/ i guess i'll be going with the physical copy then unless something about that changes before launch.

Grass starter for me again, though we have not seen the final forms of each.

I hope they add some evolution's for past gens

lastly I want avatar customization!! Tired of all the trainers looking the same.

These 3 seem to be the ones mentioned the most when making this argument but i have no problem with any of them. Sometimes simple things are the best. Muk in particular is perfect imo.
