So as I see it, the main arguments for each are:

Wolfenstein:
-Teaser one features a band from 1934-1945 (World War 2 timeframe).
-Barbed wire was common in both World War 2 and Wolfenstein.
-Classical music is also era appropriate.
-Horror elements like zombies fit with Wolfenstein.
-MachineGames hasn't unveiled anything in quite a while.
-Bethesda said they're making a lot of noise this year, implying they have more than Zwei being announced.

Zwei:
-Bethesda implied that Zwei will be coming in 2013.
-Horror elements also fit Zwei.
-We don't know much about Zwei as it's presumably a new IP, so it's hard to say these elements don't all fit the game.

The sudden way this is announced means it's a current gen game IMO. There would be more of a build up if it was next gen. I'm thinking Zwei.

I can't wait to see Mikamis return to horror. Hopefully it has more in common with Resi 1 to 3 then Resi 4. Ideally something on the lines of the GameCube remake.

I'd expect most things announced this year to be cross-gen.

I checked the Wayback Machine and as of two weeks ago it was still the old page for the Raven game.

EDIT: The only evidence that points me to this being Zwei instead of Wolfenstein is that it's getting a ign debut instead of GameInformer.
