I swear he's been around for such a damn long time as well. I remember checking out a lot of his videos on Machinima when MW2 came out.

Yeah, Drift0r's as cool as they come. His vids also helped me land on a good capture card. I got the Elgato HD60.

Oh so they are included with the base game. Nice, excited for Clay. Either way, I think it would be Activision's decision.
It's better this way rather than MW2 levels of quickscoping with the faster ADS perks. Or Black Ops 1 at launch when snipers were completely borked ...

Best buy will send you a code to enter at call of duty site for the beta. It can take up to 72 hours to get it.
It took like 60ish hours for me to get mine from best buy.

Terrible in what way? Too easy or difficult to follow? I find Ghosts and AW's aim assist to be much better than Black Ops 2, just for the fact that there was less of it. I like when things take a bit more skill to control.
For those not sure about getting their codes from Best Buy etc, i'm fairly certain you can pre-order digitally with a UK account and guarantee yourself a download of the beta, without having to put in any codes or anything. Unlike in NA, you do not get charged for pre-orders until after the game releases, and you do not need any payment on file to pre-order, you can also cancel your digital pre-orders on UK PSN.

I just redeemed some from Reddit and Twitter. Their's people dropping 100s of beta codes, and lucky enough to grab a few. The thing is that the Call of Duty site was heavily under traffic so I couldn't create new CoD accounts to redeem the beta keys, so I just kept redeeming them under the same account and it still went through. If I get more than one beta token via email, I'll hand some out.

Yeah, I don't believe it. They said the same thing with Advanced Warfare I believe, and aim assist on snipers is in full force.
Snipers are a big size of the community, they will be throwing a fit if that ever happened.

They never said that with regards to AW. At most they said that quickscoping would be reduced, which turned out to be true because the snipers in AW were crap.
And with regards to community, I feel like the issue isn't the sniper community, but the AR/SMG community that whines whenever something besides an AR/SMG actually becomes viable.

Ugh, I hate when they let certain people get special treatment. I know it's a form of advertising for them but it just rubs me the wrong way.
The weapon paint is pretty cool but I don't know how often the sides of the gun would be visible. I guess during reloads. Doesn't look like it covers much of the gun but it's still a lot better than not having it. I'm glad they added it to the game and I'm sure people will make some really cool looking things like they do with the emblem editor.
Sucks that you can't even start downloading the beta until midnight or even later depending on when the code is rolled out to you but at least the beta lasts a while so that shouldn't matter too much. Looking forward to seeing how certain things work in the game. I'll be focusing on the specialist classes, TTK and if any guns are OP. I know they can't really change specialists too much but at least the other two can be tweaked with feedback.

You're blowing my mind. I don't know if I can handle this.
But they aren't random streamers though who are likely being rewarded for speaking positively about CoD and promoting the game for them. It's just lame to me. I'm not a big SF player but lots of people talk about their players getting the white list treatment. It's the same kind of thing. Just make those people wait and make the game available to everyone at the same time.
