I think the only way to know is when they are at your door. There was a fee breakdown by one of the RFD who imported the same phone. The fees seems reasonable. It's like you bought the phone locally.

Total: USD$376.99 (my credit card charged CAD$439.12 for this)
Interesting, so I paid $386 total, I chose the USPS option. I think $28 is FedEx.

So Amazon shipped my Captain Toad but they made a mistake. They only took 15% out of 45$ instead of the E3 promotion which was 30%.
Well I contacted their customer service nd had to argue with them that the promotion wasn't properly applied and that they owed me an another 18% off (so that it's 30% in the end). I tell the CSR that I should have paid 31.5$ instead of what they charged me.
After a few exchanges, the CSR tells me I'll get a refund but, look and behold, they refunded me 15$...
So in the end, I got 50% off Captain Toad
and the game should be here tomorow.

Same thing happened to me. Maybe I should call, too? How long and hard did you have to argue? I'm kinda lazy, and don't complain well.
Futureshop puts all their receipts and stuff inside the package, right? I believe letter mail doesn't have tracking unless the package is registered, and the only way to register it is to get a sticker with a barcode on it that they can track. It could be possible that a cheap item like that is cheap enough to offer free shipping for but not worth paying for tracking to them.

They don't even print receipts anymore though.
I kind of wish it was just "No tracking" if that's how it actually shipped, because I don't know anything about where my package is and FS is out of stock on the BD so I don't even know if I can get a replacement.
I just don't think I've ever had anything ship without tracking before, and the fact that no one at FS seems to be able to explain why there's a tracking number that isn't a real tracking number is almost infuriating because the only response they know how to give is "wait 5-7 days".
