The current footage looks like a borderline GoW 2018 repackage. Part of me was hopeful that Insomniac would take cues from Wolverine 2009 and Metal gear rising.

Happy to include GT7 as that is definitely one of their main pillars. So 1 racing game and 5 cinematic over the shoulder press square to beat up games.

Spiderman 2 and Wolverine online. There's 2 GAAS games for their original 2025 timeframe. Unless the original 12 game GAAS only counted dedicated new GAAS IPs not part of SP narrative games.

Maybe the Spider-Man 3 game (or Venom) has a coop game or is a Spider-Verse MP game. Or maybe the Ratchet one is MP as some other Ratchet game from the past.

Pretty much nailed this, particularly that they were setting up for X-Men with Wolverine coming out first.
Biggest thing I got wrong was that I thought Ratchet and Clank was dead.
Also heavily implies PS6 comes out in 2027 or 2028 and that Spider-Man 3 would either be a launch title or a year 1 title.

It sounds like it took them roughly 20~25 minutes to strictly penetrate their network. Ripping the data not included.
Apparently, some data was indeed sold. The rest (98%) which wasn't, is what's getting exposed now. I assume the remaining 2% is critical PII.

Aside from a new R&C coming out in fall 2029 (not in below charts, but it is listed in OP), it looks like around the next 8 years is all SM, Wolverine and Xmen (both SP and online). New IPs come 2031 and 2035 when PS6 and PS7 are out.

They did. Someone did pay something though. The extortion site states "not sold data uploaded, data hunters, enjoy". It might've or might've not been Sony.
