Yeah, this is true. Just cause it's something bad doesn't mean it isn't a piece of history. It's a terrible piece of history, but it's history. Honestly, this entire trial and event will likely be in the history books years later for younger kids to read about in a, hopefully, more righteous world.

Well there's a great thing called Google that most of us consult before asking questions that have attached to them high levels of emotion and discourse that cannot in anyway be accurately condensed into a single Internet forum post.
Someone is better to have personal opinions of gaf members than go to the new media/blogs for a general public opinion to be read.

What I don't understand is that even if you think that Zimmerman was innocent or at least not guilty, his behavior after the process is just indefensible. Making profit off the gun that killed a boy who just wanted to go home is inherently insane, even if you think that Zimmerman was assaulted and had a right to defend himself.
This entire story is really weird to me as a non-American. I don't even understand why some people are apparently upset by the protests and riots that followed stories like this one. The fact that people like him are walking around freely and boasting about their deeds is just crazy. How can you not get angry.
