Just going off the hundred times Fyre said it would never change while Mattrick was in charge.
2 years would be too long for it to make a relevant impact. I'm thinking more along the lines of 4-6 months after release. They could incentivise early adoption with skins or whatever. Some of the most successful video games in the modern age are free to play and manage to be financially viable. There's got to be another way for DLC.
Hello, new to GAF. I've been lurking for about a year and a half or so, since around that time that fedora guy had flown to meet a girl he met online lol. Figured I'd post first in the Halo 4 OT since HaloGAF was the first thing I lurked on here.
I don't have Halo 4 at the moment since I usually just borrow it from my brother if I ever feel like playing. Didn't feel the need to get it since I prefer the gameplay from the original trilogy anyway, but I might buy a copy of 4 soon to have some people to play with, though I'm just fairly average at it lol

Neither. I'd rather a projectile-based BR with a TIGHT spread and a 3sk (this is in a sandbox with a 3-4sk Pistol off spawn). AR/Pistol starts, then have this BR as a worthy map pickup.

Eh, it's a tossup depending on the settings for me personally. TU Slayer DMRs is better than Infinity Slayer, but Legendary BRs is better than default AR starts in Reach.
Actually, I think I prefer Infinity to default Reach with ARs so in that sense, the worst slayer in 4 is better than the worst slayer in Reach (in my experience). Objective, different story.

And 4v4 definitely, though I do love big team battle. 4v4 and 5v5 are just a lot more focused to me. Having vehicles in them doesn't hurt though.

I don't get what is that bad about the Xbox One you want to call it a "turd-sole".
You can just pin the game DVR, and if ever you want to record, just go home and click the pin and record the last 30 seconds, or 1 minute.

I have my Kinect unplugged now because I'm crashing at my gf's place for 2 months and theres no where to put it.

There's part of the reason. I am not making room and paying an extra $100 for convenience.
It doesn't take up that much space, my gf is just a bit of an OCD neatfreak so if something looks off she hates it. Truth is there is plenty space for it, just none she likes...
Xbox's biggest mistake was not having games out now that use it well. BF4 uses it really well and Xbox Fitness as well. Other than that its just those Kinect Party games and some minor voice things in FIFA and shit.
