I'll confess to some simple mistakes on the first couple of missions. I had to do the first bike riding mission about 3 times :/ The first time, I got overzealous with the X button and the others took a different turning and I couldn't find them (pretty lame they just disappear and don't just wait for you at the final spot). Another time, the car that was chasing us threw me off the bike (pretty unfairly IMO, the physics looked a bit odd to say the least) and by the time I was back on the bike I'd already lost the others.
The tag mission was semi-annoying as it doesn't point out where the tag spots are so it's pretty much just wandering around until you find them (the map in the corner sucks on my TV for some reason, really hard to make out where some of the markers are). Is there a way to invert the right stick btw? I keep getting mixed up when I want to move the camera.
Think I only did those two, then I messed around a bit, causing mayhem. Saw a fair few cops being run over by other cops! Spent some time in an alleyway with a hooker, beat her to death with a shovel and then stabbed her repeatedly with a knife she dropped.
So far, I'm not overly impressed but it's still really early. I think my lack of GTA playing is a bit of a hindrance - I played GTA3 til about half way through the second city and just stopped playing. Didn't play Vice City at all. The controls don't feel right just yet and this city seems to be a lot more dense than liberty city, narrower streets, more of a surburban feel. I'm also thinking I'm going to get lost *alot* :lol I'm not one with a nose for directions and I'm not very spatially aware so this could be a tough one! Gonna put some more time into it today...

The more I play the game, the more I like it.
The thing is, you do not need to complete this mission to make the story advance.pilonv1 said:I'm starting to agree, especially with missions. I'm hoping that next gen GTA doesn't have such rigid pass/fail missions, and the type of "laws" that must be abided by during them are thrown out the window. I can understand they need to keep them challenging but there's a fine line between challenging and frustrating.

Anyways, is there any news if this game will get released on the PC or Xbox? I really want to play it but I don't own a PS2.
AssMan said:Does fuel go to waste if you just let your red baron sit on the ground? I only played Supplied Lines once already, and I didn't bother to fly. I made the plane roll on the ground stopping and hitting the breaks until eventually one of the couriers came to me.
I heard the ending to the game is disappointing like the previous GTAs. Is it true?
Moose said:Little, I don't know how legit that is... I've been hanging around The Camel's toe and Las Ventures forever and still can't find a Euros. I haven't seen a Euros in the entire time I've played the game, actually.
Moose said:But the Euros isn't a car to be unlocked...
ourumov said:Is Catalina the same girl that betrays the GTA3 main character at the beginning of the GTA3 story ? If so, the question will sound stupid but sorry...long time since I beat GTA3.

AssMan said:Uh, I just beat finished all of the missions for that asian guy, the last mission being where you go on the boat and rescue those immigrants, then kill that old man in a sword fight. When do I get to move on to the next city? I'm not getting no phone calls or anything.

Littleberu said:Ahaha, it's quasi-impossible to get. You'll need to go to the military base in San Fierro, Eastern Basin, and get out of there with a 5 star wanted rating. Good luck.
belgurdo said:Hey, does anyone know why the girlfriends don't show up at their designated times? Denise stopped showing up at her house after Reuniting the Families and the other broads (except Michelle) aren't even registering
Mooreberg said:Will San Ferrio open up after I finish the missions for the cop (sam jackson's character) and the spanish guy that's obsessed with lowriders? It's gonna take me forever to finish this thing with all the other games coming out.

SolidSnakex said:The other girls don't seem to show up unless you're dating them. I've just been dating Katie instead of trying to find any of the other ones. Took me long enough to find her and she's really annoying as it is. Can't even hop out my car without her calling for a date.
