Probably never. The last couple of years PC had no demo or at least not at the same time as the consoles. Let's hope Konami brings it this time.

I was looking forward to trying both, before deciding which to buy, but i guess now i won't.

Yep. Its a consequence of the PC demo from PES 2013, were the demo was hacked, edited and basically modded to a full version. Konami only releases the retail game for PC, no demo.
And this isn't cross gen, correct?

Unfortunately PC wont have the same visual fidelity as PS4/Xbone. According to the Konami community manager the PC version is basically a hybrid between last and current gen. Its actually gimped in that regard.
Konami doesn't like how people mod the demo to make matches last a lot longer.
If it isn't online then today is not the day the demo launches.
Xbox One demos are usually available at 8am GMT at the lastest. If it isn't there now it's not today.
By the way did Konami ever officially announced the date for the demo or everyone here assumed it was today and then it became a fact?

Of course. Releasing 2 months after your main competitor while FIFA launches when everyone is excited with the start of the season (new transfers, new hopes and dreams, etc.) is a great way to send a game to die. Also November 18th is the same date as GTA V, Dragon Age, Far Cry 4 releases. I'm sure Konami knows what is doing....
Also not releasing a demo today before FIFA release date is a great way of not giving any doubts to those undecided between both games. Sometimes I feel like Konami is just another branch of EA PR.
They announced it for tomorrow but I had hope the PSN US Store would get it today.
Not me, I'm done with Fifa atm. If PES 2015 doesn't deliver I won't be buying a footie game this year.
PES 2015 is coming out on the, 13th November.
Eh I'm kinda bored of the FIFA demo already as expected, it's still not a very engaging game of football for me, all hopes of a decent footy game this year lie with PES again.
I was going to buy it on ps4 anyway, but since i don't have it yet, i hoped i could play the demo on PC in the mean time, to get a feel for it.
Oh well.
I'll try it on 360.

I see, that unfortunately won't suffice I predict but you could still try it. I did play some Wii games with a Phenom I back in the day that worked well.
Sadly this is the truth. Fifa will deliver with FUT and Pro Clubs, but the core gameplay, the mechanics, animations and physics are hilariously bad this time. I hope Konami nails it this time. No doubt the demo will be great, the final product though will tweaked so much, that it's worse than the demo. An annual shit...

Yes, but no specific date. FIFA 15 demo came out two days later on NA PSN.

Don't like to rain on the parade but that didn't look great. Shot strike animation still look weird compared to the passing animations and the keeper positioning looks crap.

I played the FIFA 15 demo...i didn't like it. I am just not feeling the game. It's generic and just like last year, I don't like the passing and the animations. I don't know what it is....it's not fluid or somethin'. When i start out the demo and start passing the ball around and try to get a feel for the game...i quickly shut it off and forget it. I am just not getting the same thing I got from FIFA 12. The most impressive FIFA i ever played is FIFA 12 for Xbox 360 and ever since then...i don't like none of it.

Yes, let's ignore what happened with the pes 2013 demo. It doesn't matter anyway as pc purchasers only generate ~2% of their annual revenue. It's an insignificant market to most of the big 3rd party publishers. Ea, 2k, Activision, and Ubisoft couldn't care less about that segment of the market so feel free to take your dollars elsewhere.
