I can't imagine that they will be able to get prints off of that kind of plastic, and even if they could there would be thousands of prints. Hopefully the psycho drove and a nearby camera or two caught images of the vehicle.

Thats what I was thinking. Video Surveillance would be best. Even if its tied to the culprit, the fact that there would be so many prints would dillute the case. Are you a city or state employee?
