Just got back from Eid prayer. Imam completed khutba in Arabic and everyone was still sitting expecting an english version. It was awkward :lol

Its so hot in NYC today I opted for an indoor Mosque.

Mayor DeBlasio showed up at the Eid prayer at Bensonhurst, Brooklyn today. That was awesome of him!

Man, as someone who lives on his own and are solitude for most of the time; I forgot how enjoyable it is to spend an Eid with a huge gathering of family.

Hey guys. Been lurking this thread all month. Really enjoyed my first Ramadan NeoGaf thread. Unfortunately I got into an accident last Wednesday, ended up with a broken bone in the shoulder and missed the last few fasts. So an Eid in bed is what ill end up with once again
