They should release a boxed version of the game with this as a quote on the front.

I wanna pre-order this right now. >:IThe_Player said:The Binding of Isaac is on Steam.

No idea for how much, but give the demo a try. Seriously. Everyone.
Ultra or just classic? Because Ultra adds quite alot of enemy variety and stuff, unless that is still low content for you.nexen said:Played Beat Hazard.
You guys really like this game? It is just a one-screen, low content dual-stick shooter with uneven presentation. And holy crap I think my retinas are seared. Is this game meant to be some sort of epileptic assassination machine? Wow.
Like Machinarium, and some other indie titles, Braid is a technical joke of a PC game.StuBurns said:GAF, I just tried Braid on Steam for the first time, and the aspect ratio is fucked. Very squashed, any idea what's up?
That's a shame, but thanks. I guess I need to use a 16:9 ratio despite my 16:10 monitor t avoid stretching.Lyphen said:Like Machinarium, and some other indie titles, Braid is a technical joke of a PC game.
You'll have to change the launch options through Steam
-width xxx -height xxx
And then performance will go down the shitter.

Derrick01 said:Hopefully it's not a forced 2 pack like the summer sale. I didn't buy it because the price was 12 instead of 6 because of that extra copy.
edit: annnd it is, what a shame. They really don't want me to buy this game.
If only they could somehow cut the price in half, and not give out an extra copy for free... :^Pmxgt said:That's the actual price of the game. It's not doubled because it's two, they're giving you an extra copy for free.
It's also well worth the price.
That would be nice, but instead you would just be getting a single copy for the same price. If it really bothers you that much you could split the cost with someone.Blizzard said:If only they could somehow cut the price in half, and not give out an extra copy for free... :^P
Maybe I'm missing something. Instead of selling two copies for one, they could sell the game as $12.50 instead of $25. Then a 50% off deal would be under $10. I'm too lazy to try to go through the whole Paypal thing. At any rate, I might try the demo if I can find it (it's not on Steam), but over $10 is not impulse buy territory so I'll probably be cheap and wait another few years.Jo-El said:That would be nice, but instead you would just be getting a single copy for the same price. Shit, I didn't know it would go up in price today. My damn card wouldn't work all of yesterday.MNC said:Oh for FUCKS sake I forgot to buy AvP on GetGaming. Anyone have a key that I could buy off of them? :/
I thought the graphics looked silly, but reading the description of it (Shrek + Discworld humor?) I'm interested. Thanks!LocoMrPollock said:Heads up for adventure gamers, Ceville is pretty awesome in the tradition of Lucas Arts. I recommend it at $3.39.
This is actually a really dumb/dangerous suggestion considering some people may not be aware they can have photosensitive seizures until something like that triggers it.SneakyStephan said:That's the whole draw of it.
You see if you get a seizure, if you don't you can rest easy knowing you never will.
Try this : go to the game options and set intensity to 200 and set it to fullscreen and lower the blinds+shut off the lights.
Try not to swallow your tongue.

There are a lot of different scenarios that so far (I'm through the first 5 or so scenarios) you have a focus. First one was exporting raw goods - lumber, etc. Second one was manufactured goods - furniture, jewelry, etc. Third one is turning your island into a tourist trap - setting up hotels and attractions to bring in the people.
It has a LOT of structures and you have a pretty blank palette to work with. Even though you have goals you can approach them in different ways.
It's really addictive and the time will slip away while playing it.
GreenmanGaming still has it discounted a bit... But yeah that's pretty shit. I thought like oh, meh, registering, will do in a bit. 3 euros was a PERFECT PRICE to just bite and get itFlunkie said:Shit, I didn't know it would go up in price today. My damn card wouldn't work all of yesterday.
Exactly. For any semi-high-budget title, even if it's kinda shit, I figured for a little under $4 I could at least try it out. Whatever, it's not like I don't have 60 other backlogged games to play! :lolMNC said:GreenmanGaming still has it discounted a bit... But yeah that's pretty shit. I don't have alot to compare with but it's a pretty good game with a fun multiplayer building mode. Good music to build along with plus it looks pretty great as well.Ookami-kun said:By the way, how is Grand Ages: Rome?
