fml I came home from university for christmas and only have my shitty laptop that cant even run binding of isaacI am going to miss out on steam fun
Pretty much the same for me, on a mac. I can run Isaac at least, haven't tried Super Meat Boy but I feel like I'd have to run it very low quality, which I'll probably pass on. It'll just make a nice looking game look bad, pssh! So unfair!

If you wait until the contest actually starts it will be very hard to "catch 'em all". Have fun downloading Shogun 2 which is 16GB when steam servers are getting hammered from the sales/contest, etc. There's still going to be a bunch left to do at christmas.
Also, for the games I hadn't played yet, I'm actually taking the time to play them for real a bit, and not just rushing to get the achievement.

Does the D2D Crysis 2 activate on Steam?
How does that work, do they send you an email with the code for Origin, or what? I've never used D2D before, don't wanna install yet another DD client (I already have GameStop, Origin and Steam on here).
Didn't Crysis 2 get pulled from Steam due to Origin?

Nope, definitely not.
They will give you a regular cd key which can optionally be linked to an Origin account. Otherwise you can just download the game directly from D2D and use the key while installing that, no client required.
No. The game isn't available anymore on steam unfortunately... You can activate it on Origin however, or just use D2D's client.

Can anyone tell me where the Steam cache is on Mac? Having some severe problems with Football Manager 2012 and i deleted Steam and reinstalled but it already had my login details... Im on Lion and Steam don't seem to have updated their OSX instructions for Lion changes.

Are there more incoming DLCs for Shogun 2? Don't exactly want to get it and then have more DLC bombared on me since I probably won't get started with it right away. I think 10-15$ might be the sweet spot for an impulse purchase for a complete edition instead.

I haven't played a lot of Binding of Isaac, but I'm fairly sure the Christmas achievement for that is based on luck as well.
